They are great builders.

The builder had shady labor and when the brickwork was poor or there were other complaints, they either wouldn t come back to get it right or they made it worse. It was a horrible experience for us. The price didn t include a driveway or any other amenities, such as landscaping. All that was included was a parking pad.

The home they built was really nice. The price included the plot of land, a driveway and they put sod in the front and side of the house. Ashdon did a good job, but the quality could have been better. I would use them again I suppose, but only if I dealt with them more directly. We built in a new development, so a realtor mediated. He hindered some of the changes and upgrades we would have liked to have made.

They did a pretty good job on the construction of the home. They did offer us a few choices and options to choose from, but we found out later they didn t make us aware of a lot of the other options that should have been available for us. They had okay customer service and excellent pricing.

I had a pretty bad experience with this company. The work they did was very poor I thought. I did not get what I paid for, and I paid a lot. I really thought this company was out to take advantage of me. I would not recommend that anyone else use this company.

This price does include the house as well as the land that it sits on. The builder that did the work seemed to hire the lowest quality of people they could find. They did do a nice job of framing our house however they did a terrible job on our foundation. They also did a terrible job on the brick. I had them come back and re-do part of it. I also didn't like that they didn't do a nice job of cleaning up after themselves. We also found a six foot pipe under our house. We didn't allow them to do our driveway or any additional work because of their poor workmanship.
