Chris was prompt, efficent and professional. He went into the attic and made sure there wasn't anything blocking where the access panel was to go. Total time of work was about 2 hours. Price was on the low end of estimate. Will defiantly use again.

Everything went GREAT! They gave me an estimate for the work, I emailed them when I was ready and the next day they called me to let me know they had time to do it, even though I did not expect them to get to it so soon, but they knocked it out right before and winter storm was forecasted to hit the area so I was very great full for that! Something of note, they installed water hose spigot covers (I did not even ask them for) to help prevent my pipes from freezing. NO CHARGE!

I called Jack Koehler to fix a leak in the overflow drain in my garden tub. He tried to repair it from the inside first(the overflow drain is on the outside wall of the bathroom). This was not successful so he removed the vinyl siding an siding material to access the drain. The fix did not solve the leak problem I had. I erroneously assumed my leak problem was the overflow drain(It would have leaked due to the mismatch of the drain pipe to the tub). I tested the leak with a small amount of water and it was OK. Once I was in the tub and released the water it leaked due to my weight the the large amount of water. The amount of splash I caused could not have caused a leak in the overflow drain. He came back to fix the leak and found the overflow drain was ok but there was a leak in the regular drain. He repaired the leak and solved the second problem. He came the same day after I reported the leak. He is very personable, has a good sense of humor, an nice to work with.

First, they were the only ones that a called that day to actually agree to come out and what I mean by that is, the other businesses I called had some reason why they could not come out, mostly scheduling conflicts. When I called ASAP they were busy, but they worked me which I thought was important because the others did not seem eager to serve me. First visit was for the lights, the owner himself came out and all that was required was to fix the switch so it was easy, but I do think $100 bucks was a little much for what he had to do, but I understand costs of coming out. After that, he told me the roof repair guy would contact me in few days due to bad weather. This info was sent in an email with a quote after the first visit where the owner took pictures of the roof damage. Five days later the roofer shows up, no warning though, fixed the roof in about an hour. The roofer not only did the repair but had to deal with a rat, one dead and other alive which he dealt with accordingly so I appreciate him for that, the repair costs me $500...oh and he cleaned out the birds/rat nest that had accumulated where the repair was done. All in all a good experience with both visits and good service! I would definitely call on them again in the future!

Although a little pricey I believe they were quick to respond and they did a great job. He came prepared with the necessary tools I even showed him a few other needs around the house that they are working in quotes for me. I would definitely recommend.

Quick and professional and at a reasonable price.

We had a leak at our water pump. The fitting that comes out of the pump had rusted and cracked and was spraying inside the pump house. We called 4/5 companies from Angies List that where closest to us since we are in a somewhat rural area. Some would/could not come out to make repairs. One was going to call us back but never did. We got ASAP construction to promise to come ASAP but they already had places to go to first. It was after 6:30 when Jack showed up to check on our problem. He got the bad fitting out of the pump and searched his truck for a new one but it was a larger fitting then anything he had. Jack then went to a hardware store and got the fitting we needed. He came back and fixed our pump and we had water again. He didn't leave till 9:00. He could have easily said the rusted fitting would not come out and tried to sell us a new pump. I will be calling them in the future for any problem I have with the house and recommend them to anyone needing any type of home repairs.

Great work. On time and frank. Discussed other problem and received good advice, cost saving at that.

We were in the process to list our house and had a multitude of issues needing to be fixed by professionals. The biggest problem was a "stuck closed outer door"! Jack was able to identify the problem immediately and quickly resolved the door frame problem! Jack and Chris not only fixed the sticking door and it's drainage issue, rotting floor inside doorway, but also repaired a siding problem, and deck rail warping. Professional, friendly, great communication every step of the way, and cleaned up behind their work! Highly Recommend! AAA+++

I was impressed with Chris and his dad Jack as they worked together to get the job done quickly and efficiently. They were careful not to make too much dust while cutting out the flooring and they even explained some things to me as they went along.They were very thorough and I will use them again if needed. Chirs is very knowledgable in replacing flooring and rotted wood.

A.S.A.P. replaced a double windowsill along my deck that was rotted. Chris, one of the owners,responded to my call right away and set up a day and time to come out to give me an estimate. Once the repair was scheduled, he arrived on time, completed the project in just a couple of hours and cleaned up any debris from his work. My new windowsill looks great! He was efficient and friendly and I would highly recommend this company for your home repairs.

I had searched for 2 months for someone to repair two wooden windows with broken springs. Home Depot and other companies suggested I replace the windows with vinyl ones for a charge of $1,000.00 or more causing me to believe the windows could not be fixed. I joined Angie?s List and found ASAP Construction and gave them a call. Jack dropped by my house the same day I called to give me an estimate and fixed the windows on the spot saving me $900.00. He did not try to offer me other services and concentrated on the problem for which I called. I was very impressed with his ability and professionalism. He is also very friendly. I am now contracting ASAP for other services in my home.

Mr. Koehler checked out my ceiling. He completed the job in a timely fashion. He did an outstanding job! Now my ceiling looks better now than it did before the moisture problem.

We have employed Jack and Chris of ASAP Construction for numerous projects, large and small, over the last 10 years. We have always found them to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and customer oriented. Every project they have completed has been done correctly the first time and their prices are extremely reasonable. Most recently we asked for their help when we had an emergency that resulted in damage to our home. Their response time for this emergency was phenomenal and they were able to minimize the amount of damage using ideas and techniques that most people, even those skilled in construction, would not have considered. After stabilizing the situation, they were very knowledgeable regarding what needed to be done and were upfront with us on what part of the restoration they could do, and what other areas would require other specialists. In fact, they contacted other specialists, who arrived at 8PM that same day to finish the restorative rk. We accepted all of their advice and recommendations and were extremely satisfied with the end result. All of the credit for this goes to ASAP?s rapid response, knowledge, skills, integrity and exceptional workmanship. We will definitely continue to use them in the future.

Went well! Jack checked a leaky faucet and determined that replacement was a better option than to repair. We picked out a good one online, he picked it up and installed it inside two hours.

Chris performed an excellent job, from the initial free estimate to finishing the job. The attic vents needed to be measured and custom made due to the unique quarter circle shape. The old wooden attic vents were failing and were an eyesore. Now, our house has new all vinyl attic vents which will last for a long time, if not foreve, and they look fabulous. He took before and after photos, so they may be posted on their website. Thanks for a job well done. We highly recommend ASAP Construction's services.
