We couldn't be happier. We made the original call, then Chris called us back a couple of days later when he was doing a job in our area (on a Sunday, no less) and stopped by to give us an estimate. Less than a week later, he called to say they were finishing a job and would be able to do our work that afternoon. Chris and a helper did everything we asked, quickly and efficiently. We would (and will) definitely call on them again for more work.

On time, on budget. Chris and team were professional, punctual and exceeded expectations in terms of quality/craftsmanship. I will be using ASAP Construction for follow-on projects based on their performance and pricing.

Great! I really enjoyed working with Jack. He was very helpful, offering advice as well as performing the tasks in an orderly, professional fashion. I felt that he definitely gave me great advice, not simply what I wanted to hear, or what would provide him the most revenue. He was easy to work with, honest, on time, and tried hard to get everything done quickly, and even worked on a project which he was unable to resolve at the time (we need a new sliding door which needed to wait for better weather to remove and install) but didn't charge me for the time he put in trying to resolve the matter without replacing the door completely. I plan to use him again to replace the sliding door now that the weather is more favorable.

Very well. They were very knowledgeable and cooperative with my daughter and I. We stayed in the house while they worked. So they put up a plastic partition to protect the living area. I judged the materials they used to be of first quality. They removed and disposed of the damaged pieces and cleaned up everything.

No complaints. I haven't got much feedback from my tenant on what they did.

ASAP responded quickly to my inquiry. After I described the issue, they told me how much it would cost and told me they could come out that day. When I came home from work, the job was done. Everything was done professionally and quickly.

Chris came and gave a estimate for the work. He was professional and knew what he was doing. His price was also reasonable. He fixed a minor problem when he inspected the house. The only reason I did not use him was that it would take over a month for him to get to the job. The house was a rental and I wasn't sure whether someone would rent it one month later.

ASAP Construction is now my go-to company for getting repairs done on rental properties. After shopping around with other handymen, I was reluctantly going to accept the charge of replacing the door for $250. I felt the charge was overcharged due to the size of the door but I was facing a deadline as I was preparing to move out of the residence. My property manager and a different contractor insisted on having the door replaced, fortunately Jack from "ASAP Construction" saved the day! In fact, he even stated that although he likes making money but replacing the door wasn't necessary and he was able to repair it. ASAP Construction repaired the door in a timely manner only taking a couple of hours due to waiting for multiple coats of primer drying. However, what really stood out from ASAP Construction was the excellent bedside manners from contractor, Jack. Jack was very professional and easy to talk too. Despite Jack saving me money on with the repair, his professionalism solidified a professional relationship that I will reuse him with future projects that come up with other rental properties that I own.

Excellent! While fixing the siding, Chris also found a loose gutter and took care of it. The electrical issues were just a matter of disconnecting some wiring for old equipment no longer used. Chris was very professional and efficient. Would hire again!

Terrible experience with this company. A 1-2 day fence repair job was barely started and never completed. Very little contact with the company - they just stopped showing up with no word or warning.

Chris and the other worker arrived on time , and they both were very polite and professional . It took a couple of hours as there were many small pieces of molding to cut and install . The end result was beautiful and he used a material that is weather proof. While he was here, I asked him to caulk the flashing on the porch and he was happy to help.. I give them a 5 star rating . I highly recommend this company and will personally use them again when I need some work done around the house. Thank you .

Great! I really appreciated the quality of the work, the price, the responsiveness to my questions, phone calls, their timeliness, and their keeping in communication with me in the weeks, days, and hours before they came over. Really great company--I will use again as the need arises.

Gentleman I spoke with was nice and said son out of town and would return my call. That was 6 days ago. Doesn't instill confidence that they would do anything in a timely manner or they just don't want my business. Moving on to another company.

Chris gave prompt estimate that was less than 2 other companies. He arrived on time and performed repair expertly and quickly. We would definitely use him again

Chris is professional and punctual. No fooling around in getting the work done. He replaced several areas of wood that was rotting. Another person was in charge of the roof replacement and also was very professional. The installation itself went well. There were a couple of hiccups with getting a later start than estimated but nothing out of the ordinary.

Jack did a phenomenal job! Arrived as planned and completed the job expeditiously and without a hitch. I will definitely be calling ASAP Construction for all furture work at my house.

Repair went well. Chris was prompt and knowledgable, and took pictures of all issues and sent to them to me via text since I wasn't at home when he conducted the repairs.

OMG! Best service I have gotten since starting with Angie's list! Started with services purchased in a deal & expanded to so much more. I purchased a $300 doorbell repair but when Chris realized the fix was simple, he gave me a credit toward additional work done. He also knew I had a tight time frame as we are having to sell and made sure he squeezed me into his already busy schedule! He insists upon good quality work! When I wanted to use old existing fence panels to repair a fence , he recommended we replace with new as using old fencing would look bad. Then he gave me a price I could not resist. All of the work was beautifully done. If I were staying locally, I would be using ASAP for everything!

This was a great experience. Chris and his crew was great to have around the house. The job was done as agreed on, and looks great. I will definitely use them again! Good good people. Thank you Chris.

To reattach the fence, Jonathan used screws rather than the nails which the previous person had used and which of course had given way in the recent high winds and the rotting post. He took time to replace the section of fence as it had been before and was kind enough also to put screws in the other posts along that exposed side of the courtyard. He was careful with my plantings and cleaned up afterward. A very pleasant and professional young man, he does good work.

Amazing. Perfect. Chris (who came out to look over the work request) was wonderful. Very professional and approachable. Gave us options on what could be done. Heard our need about urgency of repair. Came out on a Sunday to look over the job. Had all the work done by Wednesday. Called me to let me know he had completed the work. The fence is amazing. The window looks great. The storm drain is working now perfectly.

Jack was great, professional, personable, skilled, on time, communicative, and everything got done, even surprise roof work (temporary but something) from the wind storm last night. My only qualm that might keep me looking for another handyman was the price: I am used to paying by the hour for such tasks. But I'd still consider using again for the quality, and if you can afford it, this is the company to consider. I think they should consider giving an Angie's list or military discount.
