Jack responded promptly and the steps were fixed within a few hours of my original contact with him. We own a beach cottage which is rented for vacations, and ASAP has been wonderful in responding to all our repair needs, from roof leaks, to deck repairs, to new doors, to bathroom vanity installation and more. Jack and all of the ASAP group are prompt, efficient and very professional. The price is always reasonable. ASAP is a gem!

Well. Chris is co owner with his dad. Jack, the dad inquired of details of my concern as above thru the Angie’s List site. I felt that these folks really took an interest in my concern. There were additional phone calls and Chris set up an appointment and advised me of his expected arrival. After inspecting both inside and the outside of the area he was able to determine what the problem was. He climbed his ladder and did a proper examination of the area with my permission. Chris explained that the problem was a missing strip that redirected water and removed and replaced siding to make the repair. I liked that he walked me through his progress. I felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing. Chris was polite and considerate in answering questions the whole time. I did try to leave him to do his work.

Jack was outstanding from start to finish. He stated clearly what needed to be done and had more than fair pricing. He was fast to return calls or texts and worked very efficiently. Our unit was in disrepair for more than 9 years so there were many things that needed to be fixed. Surprisingly, he was able to do it all himself....which certainly beats hiring 8 different contractors to do the work. Without a question, this is your guy. Hire him, I certainly will again.

I contacted Chris and he gave me an estimate within a few days. His price was competitive and I chose him because he seemed very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I also liked that his company was one of the few I could find that specializes in moisture damage and wood rot. I also checked with his insurance company and the state licensing department and found that everything checked out. (Not everyone who claims to be licensed and insured always are). We set a date that meet both of our schedules and Chris arrived on that date with the proper materials and equipment and began the needed work. He finished the front area promptly, but found more, internal damage at the back of my house. Some of the structural wood was also rotted and we determined it would also need to be replaced. This, of course, made the job more time consuming and complicated. Chris was a pro and figured out the best way to tackle the job and fix the cause of the moisture damage. He finished up all the work the following day and the end result was excellent. I was at work for most of the project, but Chris texted progress photos so I could see exactly how he was fixing things and we talked a number of times to consult. Great work. I was very pleased with the whole job. It's rare to find a craftsman who is skilled and really seems to care about doing a good job. And on top of it all, Chris was just a really good guy. I highly recommend Chris and would definitely hire him again if I need that type of service.

Jack called back next day and then showed up to complete job two days later. Finished job in one day. Excellent work. Very knowledgeable and experienced in many areas of home repair and maintenance. Would definitely use again.

Jack was the epitome of professionalism from start to finish. He was responsive to all texts and emails. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained the entire process to me. At no time did I ever feel he was trying to "upsell" me on anything. In fact, he was quite the opposite and did his best to keep my costs low. I will definitely use his company again for both my personal home and rental properties.

Excellent! Chris and Brian showed up when they said they would. The work they performed was completed to high standards and the clean up was so good you would never know they were there. I think this is the third time I’ve had them work on the house and I’m convinced they are the best company around. I have referred them to neighbors who are also pleased with their work. The neighbors have also used them multiple times. What started out as one small job ended up being four areas that had pretty bad wood rot. They replaced the wood with polyvinyl materials to reduce the possibility of recurrence. Long story short, they are honest, trustworthy, and their work shows a high level of craftsmanship. You can’t go wrong!

After many attempts to contact provider after the initial contact, there was no answer to my emails and requests. I feel let down and felt also let my business didn't matter. Would not recommend or hire for anything.

Chris and communicated via email, and he came out to assess the work needed that very afternoon and quoted me an estimate. Once I agreed to the price, he set up a marking by Miss Utility, and less than a week after initial contact, a crew came out, took down the falling apart fence, and cemented in the posts. The crew came back the next day and in just about an hour built a new fence connected perfectly to existing fences and perfectly contoured to the base of a cherry tree that crossed the fence line. Chris came a couple of days later to make sure everything was cleaned up. The job was done perfectly and professionally. These guys are terrific.

Chris was amazing. Came out the same day for a free estimate. Save me $600.00 by 2 another estimates that had been given to me. Was professional, honest, did the work on the spot, and knew what the issue was immediately. He was non intrusive, cleaned up afterwards, and I have a ton of other projects I have already scheduled for him to do. You will not regret hiring this company.
