Description of Work: I had a entry door jamb that needed to be fixed and Chris was able to fit me in to schedule the next day. Was able to fix the door as opposed to trying to sell me on a new door. Would use ASAP construction again.

Description of Work: I had a leak thru the bathroom ceiling. They determined it was coming thru degraded fittings around the attic vents and replaced them. Fixed the ceiling damage from the leak as good as new. Also checked the roof while they were up there and let me know that there is a soft spot in the roof under the shingles that will need remediation in the near future although not leaking at the moment. Totally satisfied with their work as always.
