You had requested the repair of some 80+-year-old windows that would not stay up. The kind with the counterweight on the outside hanging in the wall. We have worked on that type of windows in the past, But we spent too much time on them trying to adjust them and tearing to much a part. So I gave you the name and number of a company that takes care of those type windows. We were all done because I could not help you. We try to be masters with everything, but you have to realize you can’t be a specialist on everything so we gave you a specialist. We hope you have a great day

Chris, showed me what was going on, came up with a game plan, fixed the leaks and tested to make sure it was going to work. Couldn't be happier in dealing with him. I even asked him about a possible leak at my well pump and he looked at that and diagnosed the problem in no time. Will be referring him and his dad to all my clients and friends.

It was a rather difficult job because the windows had to be secured to their frames and pressurized, but Jack did an excellent job. He is extremely meticulous and really takes pride in his work as well. The doors have been working just fine thanks to him.

Had water damage into the house. called and left message to several folks (7 to 8 companies) and none of them answered phone or returned call. Finally found this company and he answered phone himself! Came over the same day and fix it righ up on the same day. Very honest person and professional work. Will keep his number in hand at all times.

Description of Work: After the hurricane we discovered the floor under our patio french doors had significant wood rot. ASAP responded quickly, removed and replaced the rotted wood not just in the floor but under the threshold of the french doors. Additionally they replaced the padding and re-stretched the carpet. Their prices were fair and the work quality was excellent. Good housekeeping and everything was performed as advertised. There were no cascading problems or price increases as the job progressed. We are well satisfied. Don't let their website's spelling fool you into thinking the work is below excellent. Whoever does it just can't spell.

They really can do just about anything as far as repairs. I like that when we have questions, they don't make us feel uncomfortable or stupid. Their prices are honest and fair; they don't just try to take your money and run.

They did a beautiful job on the windows and they were clean as a whistle. They had perfect customer relations. The window fit and looked like they belong in the home. They gave us a fair price, but I couldn't recall the exact amount.
