Air Handlers Mechanical Heating & A/C

Josh came out within the 2 hr. window I was given. He was neat, courteous and professional. He used shoe covers whenever coming into the house. I appreciated him taking the time to explain things. I subsequently decided to pay for a preventative maintenance agreement for the year. I would definitely recommend this company to any of my family or friends.

Air Handlers have been servicing my AC unit for years. When my heater went, it was time for a new HVAC system. Air Handlers was my only choice. Definitely would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Initial visit was on time and very professional. Examined system and determined that the remote control was worn out. Ordered new remote and called in a couple of days when it came in. Worked perfectly! He checked the Freon level and all connections as a courtesy. Very professional, received at least 3 phone calls from the mechanic and the office to keep me informed. Excellent company and superb customer service.... I have a new A/C & Heat Company from now on.

They did a whole inspection. They went up in the attic to inspect the tubing and informed me the size wasn't right. They called me bakc to give me an estimate on replacing the tubing. They were very ontop of what their worker said. They offered the spring service and I signed up for it. The company was great and the guy that came out was great and respectful. The pricing was good they gave me the angie's list discount.

Quick response in snow and cold to restore heat downstairs. Bill was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.

eVery satisfied! Family owned and operated business. Their son Josh is a "techy" guy - we got the thermostat that we can operate with a smart phone app! Its incredible! We have allergies and they installed a air purifier unit on top of the unit in the garage - the dust is the house has decreased by 60% and our allergies are under control. We should have replaced it years ago! They also have a great financing program - depending on the time of year, you can get wonderful deals on interest or no interest for so many months. We are very pleased!

Technician called before arrival of appointment, and arrived as scheduled. He was knowledgable, respectful, and professional, making the needed recommendations for both our systems. Communication between company and client was excellent. The following appointment to complete the recommended fixes went just as well, even working with us due to a last minute schedule conflict same day. I got several estimates on this job, and ended up paying more for Air Mechanical because I was so impressed with Josh's service and communication about the replacement details. Very, very professional and honest service providers, I am very satisfied with my experience with them, I wrote an email to Josh's father to express my satisfaction with their work, and Josh's research on my behalf. All work was completed as planned, on time, on the scheduled day completely to my satisfaction. I will not hesitate to use Air Mechanical in the future for any HVAC work I may need. I've had them do a unit replacement with new duct work on our home and a repair at our office. Their salesman and technicians are always prompt and professional. Air Handlers were able to send someone over promptly. The tech was professional and quickly repaired the problem (bad capacitor). I'll be calling them again if I need additional A/C service.

The technician arrived promptly on time and presented himself very professionally. He conducted an inspection of my AC and Heating system. The Technician pointed out a couple of maintenance items I could perform to improve performance and I appreciated the honesty and the fact that he was not trying to sell me something I did not need. He made one recommendation for a part replacement however I deferred. Overall, I was very pleased with AIRhandlers and I will use their service in the future. Highly recommended.

We called Air Handlers after our AC unit was struggling to keep up with the warmer weather in early Oct. We also noted a marked increase in electrical use in Sept. We were scheduled to have a technician visit within 36 hours. Josh from Air Handlers came to the house and rapidly observed that the unit was low in Freon. He then spent the next couple visits trying to find the leak. On his first trip he spent a good hour trying to find a leak. The day was windy and after considerable effort, Josh said he would have to reschedule when the weather was more cooperative and didn't interfere with the leak detector. Because of the weather, the appointment was subsequently rescheduled three times because of wet weather. We were always given early notice of the cancellation and provided a new visit time. On his next trip out, Josh spent over two hours attempting to find the leak. He could have walked away in a number of occasions but was very persistent and thorough. His recommendation were sound and made good economical sense. The best he could determine was that there were at least two small leaks. Since the solution to a leak can be very expensive, he was very deliberate in the attempt to define the problem and I appreciated that. He did not bill us yet but I expect him to be more than fair in his hours spent troubleshooting and in the use of Freon to help find the leak.

This is a family owned business, which is what attracted me to them. They were very punctual and personable. The son came out on time as promised, checked my A/C unit and found where the problem was with the overflow. The line was blocked. He serviced the unit, added a small amount of freon due to a small leak. He then checked the secondary unit and found the problem that concerned the overflow. There was a block in the line.

We were very pleased with the service we received and also pleased that Air Handlers was willing to bill since this was a tenant situation and I was not present.

Air Handlers is a quality company who provide great service; Josh, John, Jessica and Kathy are great people to work with.. The service went perfectly. Air Handlers has been my A/C company for over 5 years and have always been pleased with the service they have provided. They have a great yearly maintenance plan for all your Heating and A/C units.

They did a routine check. They showed up on time and were polite. I would use them again and had no trouble scheduling the service.

Technician was there on time and performed a thorough check. He answered my questions and gave me options for future upgrades and service.

That was great. He was right on time. It is a family owned business. We felt that. All the businesses that are not family owned, just rush in and out. He took his time and he was awesome. He explained some things I did not know. He was great. He explained everything. He was out a month ago. The price was very reasonable.

It was not that big of a project. We just had them do some service work for us and there was an extra cost which was just minimal.

It was 98 degrees and Mr. Foreman could not get there for two day, but when he got there the problem was taken care of . I often use this company and will continue to do so.

We signed with the company this year fo the first time. During the first visit, the technician noted a problem that we hadn't realized and that other technicians before had not mentioned. He fixed the problem and we are very pleased with the company's service.

Josh is the greatest! He responded to me on a Saturday night and was at the house on Sunday morning. My Monday the work was done. There was one small hiccup, but he came came as soon as we called and resolved the issue. Overall, it went very well. I trust them, and I will use Air Handlers from now on.
