From beginning to end, everything was done professionally, courteously, and competently.

It worked for a few days then went out again. They were able to come back the next day but by that time it started again. They advised me I should wait till it went out again so they could determine it was the starter that was not working, but I have not had a problem since then!

The service turned out very well. I paid an additional $40 for labor for fixing the actual problem. I would recommend them, and the guy who came over was professional, and explained everything, I was with him the whole time. It was a good experience.

Cedrick was great! Arrived on time, very friendly, knew his business and was able to diagnose the problem, fix it and explain everything along the way. Good value.

The work was done on a rental property and I was out of state at the time, but had someone there with them. Everything seemed to go well and they didn’t try to overcharge us. They got everything done quickly and efficiently.

He was very professional, accurately diagnosed problem, and answered all of my questions.

Thermostat installation was a problem because of two dual fuel HVAC systems, exterior temperature sensors were initially not installed, I installed them later but were set incorrectly. Air Handlers sorted through all this and made sure things were correct before departing - then returned later to check to see ifeverything was functioning properly. They could have easily taken their money and forgotten about me - but they didn't. They exhibit solid integrity and were professional about their work. Because of that, I plan on having Air Handlers install another WiFi thermostat in another zone in my home and also, plan on having them perform annual system checks and cleanings. I recommend them - a family owned business that works hard to capture a loyal customer base (my observation) and not a large, indifferent franchise.

They were able to schedule service for the following day and asked me to email a copy of the home inspection so they would be prepared to make the necessary repairs and confirmed that they received my email. They called ahead, as requested, and discussed the plan before even looking at the unit. They completely understood my situation and the need to address everything noted in the home inspection. I have a 17-year-old HVAC system and given my situation and short time frame to respond to the home inspection, this was potentially a perfect opportunity to hit me with unnecessary services and charges. However, they did the repairs I requested and inspected the system to make sure it was operating properly. They even kept shoe covers on and left the house spotless. I couldn't be happier with the service.

My A/C stopped working today (Sunday of Labor Day weekend). I called Air Handlers at 4:35 pm. I am writing this review at 5:45 pm with cool air blowing throughout my house. I called and was told that a technician would call to schedule a time with me. Kevin called within 5 minutes and was here in 20 minutes. As all the other reviews say - he was polite, professional, put on booties etc). He found that the capacitor (spelling?) was broken, which stopped the whole system. He had a capacitor and installed it within 10 minutes. He checked the pressures, coolant and then the indoor vents to make sure that everything was working. The service call for a holiday was $119. The rest of the total was the part and labor. I will definitely use Air Handlers in the future!! I like that they are a family owned business - and can keep track of their customers. I am a realtor and will definitely recommend them to my clients based on my personal experience. I will also be signing up for their twice a year preventative maintenance program.l.

It went great! My unit went out during a very hot period of the summer and I was having difficulty sleeping. They kindly offered and installed a window unit in my bedroom so I could sleep until the unit I had bought arrived. I was so grateful and impressed. They finished the job in one day. There were no problems and everything went smoothly.

John came to check my system, he was on time and took the time to explain to me what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He also answered all my questions. The work took about one and half an hours. The price was very reasonable and I was able to use the Angie's List coupon.

Simple, smooth transaction. I called them with the problem. They asked if "tomorrow at 10AM" was acceptable. I agreed. They arrived on time, made the diagnosis, offered the solution (a replacement part) at a price that seemed reasonable, and did the repair. Four days later, the unit is still working normally.

John was my tech. He arrived within the designated time window. John was very pleasant, answered my questions, and made me feel very comfortable about what was being done. I was pleased with his work. I didn't have to clean up anything that might have fallen from the attic. This was a very pleasant experience.
