+ -1 moreI called Jon, told him the problem, he quoted me a price over the phone and was able to come within twenty minutes. Once at my house, he replaced my deadbolt (with one I had previously purchased and already had keyed). He also noticed that my lock plate was not recessed into the door frame, so removed some of the wood from the frame. He then was able to properly install the new lock plate so that it was recessed. All of this took only about twenty minutes. He was pleasant, efficient and did a good job while here.
Description of Work: Jon came to replace a deadbolt lock in our wooden front door. He also reattached the lock plate properly.

+ -1 moreHe was a very good gentleman, very nice and courteous. He works all the way until 8 pm without extra charge and works Saturdays! He was a little late in the morning, and notified me immediately.
