Joe did work for us a year ago and he was great. Don't know why he isn't returning phone calls.

I will not be calling this company again: it's a waste of time.

Joe was very professional and courtesy from beginning to end. He returned my original call with 2 hours and set up an appointment the following week. The day of the appt he called and reconfirmed. After a few initial questions, he proceeded to test our irrigation system, zone by zone, making corrections to sprinkler heads as he went along. Without any prompting, he also adjusted our well pump to make it run continously for some zones; it would turn on/off as pressured built up in the system. For the rust removal, he demonstrated its effectiveness in a couple of spots before selling a gallon of the product and telling us where we could pick up some more. Also, he gave me a sprinkler head adjustment tool and showed me how to use it. Overall, we were very satisfied with his service, professionalism, and sincerity.

I bought this house in June. It is my first. The previous owners put in a sprinkler system right before closing, but then failed to provide me with any outline, manual, directions, etc. I had no idea about winterization. So, after this particularly wicked recent winter, it is no surprise that the Home Depot special Flotec water pump the previous owners installed cracked. I discovered that on a Monday. Joe called me back within one hour of my phone call to him. He came out the next day to look at my system. He gave me an estimate, and he took care of everything the following Saturday. He was professional and very helpful. I definitely feel like I got excellent service from a subject matter expert. I am going to have him back to my property in a couple of months to upgrade all of the cheap sprinkler heads the previous owners used with commercial grade ones he provides to his customers.

Joe was only one of a couple companies I had originally called for estimates who called me back. He was able to make it out to my house within a couple of days to survey the lawn and give me an estimate. Out of the two companies that did come out to give estimates, his was about half the cost of another company, and that included having the well drilled. Due to the time of the year and the lack of rain (which caused him to be very busy), he was not able to install the system for about three weeks, but once he did make it out he was finished in three days. He did a great job and left minimal evidence that he was in my yard digging. He also made sure to come back to my house after I got home from work to go over the separate zones, how to set the computer and how to adjust the sprinkler heads. Not only that, but he charged me exactly what his estimate was. I would definitely recommend him to others and I will likely have him back to flush my system for winter.

we had a zone in our irrigation system that was broken and he came out and dug around until he was able to find the problem area. He fixed the area and it is up and working again.

I called Joe in the early afternoon and received a return call that very evening. We set up a time and date for him to come out and repair, realign and replace some of my sprinkler heads. He pulled up in front of my house at exactly the agreed upon time and was finished within the hour. He then went to my neighbors as agreed and repaired her system which entailed PVC piping repair and adjustment of several of her sprinkler heads. He completed her job within 2 hours. We were both most impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I had recommended him to my son who is getting estimates for an irrigation and well system at his new home. He too was very impressed with Joe and will most likely set up an install date once he figures out the financial end of it. **** I have placed one of his cards in my 'Home Repair' file and the other is in my wallet if anyone needs the services he provides.

I called Advanced Irrigation to perform our spring start up service for our sprinkler and to repair a broken head. Joe called back the same day, made an appointment and showed up on time. Service was complete and reasonable price. We then had a leak in one of our pipes (not installed by Advanced Irrigation). Again, Joe was punctual for the appointment and fixed the leak (in the rain!). Great service!

His name is Joe Melick. He was very punctual, very reasonable, and very good. I was very satisfied and extremely impressed with his work.

The whole installation went well. The contractor was slowed down by rainy weather, so the installation took longer than expected, but I do not fault him at all for that. Joe Melick is a very professional and knowledgeable contractor who was recommended to us by a close neighbor. He did what he said he would, when he said he would and for the price he estimated, and he made two return trips to install an additional sprinkler head we asked for, fine tune some sprinkler head adjustments and replace a control valve that was faulty. His price was higher than some other estimates, but I liked the installation better than what others offered.

Joe showed up on time and performed the work within an hour. He is very polite and I would definitely use him again.

I really feel like he is good at what he does. He is always prompt in his appointments. To me, this is very important, if you say you are coming and I wait for you then you show up at that time.
