Description of Work: they would not come to my house to do the work

Description of Work: They were tasked with raking leaves and bagging them for pick-up. They did a very good job and will probably get the call again this year.

Description of Work: First, when I signed up for the deal, a young lady from a cut above called to schedule the appt for 5/4. The gentleman did not keep the appt or call, so i called and another young lady apologized and stated that their appt calendar was not up to date. She rescheduled the appt to Thurs 5/7. A gentleman, Rob came out and looked at the front of the yard. Told us that he could not honor everything in the package deal based on the size of our yard. He stated he would draw up some proposal plans and email them to us by Mon 5/11. I never heard anything back or received any emails. i called the office on Thursday 5/14 and spoke to the same young woman who messed up the schedule. I told her that I had not recieved anything from Rob. She apologized and stated that he had some email issues, but they were resolved. She also stated that she would call me back about the status of the proposal within the hour. To this date, I have not received any follow up calls or proposals from this company. I feel like I was scammed out of 900.00 Please refund my money. I don't like this experience

Description of Work: Cleaned all flower beds, spread six yards of mulch, bagged all debri and cleaned up all areas. Very professional and friendly. Completed all tasks as I requested.

Description of Work: The sprinkler check-up revealed a leak in the sprinkler line. A couple of days later the line was repaired. The leak continued and they were called back. Very responsive in re-repairing the leak at no additional cost. They stand by their work.

My yard was a total disaster and his team, three men, did an amazing job! They were very professional, considerate, and overall exceptional! |
