Description of Work: Lawn care and lawn maintenance. The company started off very well but after the first few months they started not showing up as agreed and doing very shody work. I had others asking me why I stopped getting lawn care service because it looked so unkept that they assumed no one was coming. Each time I complained I was given a very professional apology and told that they were training new staff and would address the issues. It got to the point that I decided to just start doing it myself while I look for another company. The owner is very pleasant but they apparently have an issue retaining quality staff. The crew he initially sent out were EXCELLENT! If they were still there, I would probably still be using the company.

Description of Work: So disappointed! Paid a lot of money for for dried up ugly flowers. It took forever to schedule. There was always a mix up nobody had a clue about which flowers I ordered. It was a mess. And that how it looks. Would never use them again.

Description of Work: Cleared an area in the back yard, put in a dry well, put down mulch, pulled out starts of old decking. As soon as I was able tiger in touch with them it was great but it took a long time from when I bought item to getting it completed. I was told there were some family issues so I hope next time things go a bit better. All in all they were very nice

Description of Work: They never showed up for appointment, called them several times to see why they didn't come, didn't get a phone call until the following week saying they lost my number even though I left it on voicemail a couple of times.

Description of Work: Pedro and Donnel arrived on time and built a retaining wall for us in 3 hours after the City had installed a new curb. We are very satisfied with their work.

Description of Work: new plants in aprox. 6 foot flower bed. Really wanted more flower plants than just 1 azalea, got 6 spider and some others that don't flower but I was satisfied. |They are reliable and would use them again.

Description of Work: I had them come out to do a once over on my sprinkler system and give me a crash course on how to operate it. The gentleman that came as the irrigation specialist was just that. He was great! Showed me the tools ( even left me one) to adjust the heads. Would definitely recommend to friends. I will use again if there is anything needed with my system.

Description of Work: Originally, I purchases the $299 package deal. There was a little problem with scheduling the appointment because Robert was waiting to see what plants were going to be available. Once we met, I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. We discussed the deal and some additional work that I wanted done and agreed to a reasonable price (approximately $900 total). This was the only time I saw him,however, he was easy to get in touch with. He had a crew that did the work and they were hard workers but there was confusion as to where the plants were to be placed and they had no knowledge of the plant names. Robert said he was giving them a drawing of the layout but they didn't have it. I guessed at it - not so sure it's correct but still looks very nice. Overall, I am happy but it would have been nice to have Robert come with the crew to get things going.
