+ 0 moreI've been using them for around 5 years. They are punctual and they come out on a regular basis. Once we had a problem and they figured out what was wrong and they fixed it. They are very thorough.
Description of Work: They come out to fill every couple of months.

+ 1 moreI was very pleased with their responsiveness and the service provided. The areas which they disturbed were clean up. I am completely satisfied the service provided.
Description of Work: A & B provided a 500 gallon propane tank, installed a new propane line to the house, relocated where the propane tied in to my existing system, installed a connection for a generator and a new connection for the future addition of a gas cook top.

+ -1 moreThis is an excellent company with great service. They are patient with NO pressure sales. We bought and had gas logs installed in our home. It was a turn key job. The technician who installed the unit was fantastic. He did a great job and was extremely helpful in working with us to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. His work was professional and complete. We highly recommend this family run business that is both reliable and professional.

+ 1 moreA & B Propane procured the city permit and began the installation on 29 July 2013. Their workmen were well-trained and professional, showed respect for our home and cleaned up all debris. Installation took one day, but completion was delayed until the city inspector could inspect and approve the work. The inspector also required that the propane tanks be strapped down, which was not part of the original plan. A & B showed great flexibility in working through the delay, and finished their work on 31 July 2013. We are extremely pleased with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking similar work.
Description of Work: We contacted A & B to provide an estimate to install a source of propane to power our residential stand-by generator, our gas grill and hot water heater. They responded quickly and provided an excellent estimate, which we accepted.
