 + -1 moreThe fan and compressor wouldn't start on our A/C unit. The technician arrived and looked at everything. He said that he thought it was the capacitor but he wouldn't be sure until he tried it. He said it was $350 to "try" a new capacitor. I asked what would happen if it didn't work. The technician said that he would have to try something else. The new capacitor was the problem. I noticed later that he didn't even use a capacitor with the same rating as the one he replaced. A new capacitor online costs $25. What a scam.

 + -1 moreThe experience was okay. They came quickly and they did the job quickly. The dryer is fixed and it went fine. The price was acceptable. I would probably use them again.
