Description of Work: The young man arrived at the scheduled time. He was very professional and informed me of the steps he was taking while doing the AC check up. Turns out there was a part that needed replacing and lucky enough he had one with him. He in formed me of the cost before doing the necessary repair. He checked all the specific areas of the AC unit as listed. Yes, I would use this comapny in future as well as recommend it to others.

Description of Work: We had a complete new high efficiency a/c unit 3.5 tons and an 95% effficient heating system installed. We also had a new hot water tank installed. this install also included a whole house filtration system/ ultra violet germicidal light /infinity programmable thermostat /new vent covers /new return covers Because we bought the carrier system we got 10 years warranty on parts/labor/compressor for a small fee also 20 years on heat exchanger . the total for all this was $10,150. We also had a mini split put in our pool/great room for the additional $3,000. all of this was accomplished in two days. The installers were very professional. They were informative and helpful.Upon completion we received a binder with all our booklets the warranty had been filed for us . Allmodel and serial numbers listed with date of install. We also received all the needed forms to send off for our rebate of $525 from va natural gas. The a/c unit is working great! It is the same size that we had but much better cooling. The wife keeps it on 70-74 degreesand its chilly ! Oh ya i also got a pump on my condense drain. the house seems alot less dusty also and we have two cats. Are we happy with the overall results ? Yes! would i recommend this father/son/mother co to you ? YES YES YES ! And thanks Angies list for your service. they also have a referral service and you can get $100 for each new service.
