Description of Work: Put wire screening over foundation vents, moisture barrier under house & rehung insulation, new door for under house, extended ac pvc runoff pipe, repaired roofline damaged by rats with heavyweight wire screening, put out 2 rat bait boxes & rebaited another, sprayed for ants - 2 week re-check

Description of Work: Annoying ants were getting into the house and occasionally huge Southern roach bugs. First Choice has been great. They come out regularly to spray and treat inside and outside and they come whenever a problem occurs. They are always prompt and thorough.
