Overall, project turned out ok. Although project went over schedule, scheduling and coordination was good. Re-bath uses their product for wet areas, which may be a plus. However, cost is more than double over similar work done by a contractor, especially considering much of the material was owner provided. Quality of the work is average. Re-bath is ideal for convenience and for using Re-bath products in wet areas.

This past spring we decided to update our bathrooms (two full size and one half bath). We contacted Re-Bath because we were acquainted with them via their television commercials. The salesman came out and listened to our concerns, what we were looking to get accomplished, etc. He explained our options, showed us pictures, described the products, etc. When it came time for the estimate, I ended up being very surprised. I initially thought a job of our magnitude would have been somewhere in the $30K range. The cost to do what we wanted was quoted at $16K. Needless to say we were very happy about that. We ended up signing with Re-Bath that day. The amount of time slated to complete our job was a full five days. Work began on Monday, March 10th. The workers were punctual, courteous and professional. It take the full five days and work was completed the afternoon of March 13th. We couldn't be happier with our new bathrooms. They are gorgeous! We have gotten many compliments on them. Not only are they aesthetically appealing, but their functionality is wonderful (grab bars, non-slip shower floors, elevated toilets). I would definitely recommend Re-Bath!

After receiving an estimate from another contractor, I visited the showroom and immediately saw a shower configuration I was interested in. The attendent greeted me, explained the services offered, finishes and left me to browse and offered to schedule an estimate only after I expressed my interest. No high pressure tactics. Mary arrived early for our 6:00 appointment and waited (unknown to me - parked down the street) as not to rush me as soon as I got home from work. She explained the product and how/why she came to work for Re-Bath. She was polite, soft-spoken, well informed and displayed no high pressure sales tactics. She worked to find a configuration that would please me and fit within my budget. I signed the contract and the work began the day after the estimated start date. Mike and his helper arrived on time the day of the installation. They did not seem to take a break and were careful not to let the cats escape when coming in and out the door. Around two o'clock Mike let me know the work went quicker than they anticipated and they would soon be finished for the day. He would have to return the next day because he did not have the shower doors with him. He arrived right on time the next day and finished the job within two hours. I was in the middle of a complete remodel of the bathroom so it was about two weeks before the shower was actually used. Almost immediately after running the water I found a leak in the ceiling downstairs. I called the office and left a message with the answering service as it was after hours. I also called Mary. Both parties assured me they would attempt to contact Brian the owner. A short time later Brian called and explained he was out for the evening but would have someone call and meet me at the house the next day, he even offered to repair any damage that may have been done to the ceiling downstairs. My phone rang before 8:00 the following morning and it was Mike, he came right over and immediately found a problem with the seal around the drain and repaired it. I was very impressed with the prompt service! It has been over a month there has been absolutely no further problems. I love my beautiful new shower!

I like everything about the company. The guy was here, he modified things when I asked, he waited for me and helped me with picking out things like, should I insulate or not. He was totally professional. They gave me the best price right up front on materials and didn't play that game with me. They were upfront and honest.

They called me and actually came out to do the job several weeks earlier than they originally told us. Because we live in a house built in 1940 their wall system worked best for us because the walls are not necessarily all evenly flat and we have a cove ceiling in the bathtub area. Additionally there needed to be some cutting around a window and a finished look where the new tile met the existing old tile in the rest of the bathroom. Their system allowed for flexibility to fit our bathtub area. Since we had fairly new fixtures, we wanted to keep them. The technician worked with what we had and even repaired a minor plumbing issue he discovered when taking apart our fixtures. The technician kept me informed of issues he ran into and showed them to me. The technician read our report of what we wanted done incorrectly and did the job differently than we requested and ended up coming out a second day to complete the work. When we discovered the problem, Re-Bath offered to redo the job the way we originally requested but it turns out the way the technician completed the job was better looking than we originally planned so we stayed with what he did. We are very pleased with our new bath area.

Job was OK, there was issue with toilet not flushing all waste properly... Had to get them to install 3 toilets in order to get one that worked almost up to standard... They never recommended a power assist flush toilet... Had that installed by separate contractor after the fact.

The first thing they did each day was lay down drop cloths from our garage door to our bathroom . They also covered the vanity and toilet. They only had to shut our water supply down for less than 10 minutes. They left everything very clean and dust free.

It took them four days to complete the work. They were very clean and put covers on our rugs. The doors to the bedroom and bathroom were not wide enough for the tub to fit through, so they had to take off the fittings. The tub was longer and wider than the original, so they had to cut into the closet, but you would never know it. The salesman was great. He came out the day after it was completed to take pictures.

The people doing the actual labor were prompt, polite, and knew what they were doing. They did a wonderful job of keeping my home as clean as possible during the entire process. They did a good job of completing the shower work so that it would blend with the rest of my bathroom walls and fixtures (ceramic tile and wood) and not look like an afterthought. They also took great care to not damage the rest of my bathroom which I appreciated. There were several problems that came up on the second and last day of work--things that are part of any job and were unexpected--but the regular staff sent to complete the job was able to adapt and solve all of the problems. I was impressed that they met the problems without outbursts or blame--but that they thought through the problems and solved them so that we got the result that we wanted.

There are very few positive things to say about Re-Bathand hellip; They and ldquo;mayand rdquo; have achieved a minimum level of craftsmanship. However, only after I was forced to significantly lower my standards after seeing the final product. The complete bathroom remodel, about 50 square feet, total cost about $13,000. The general level of craftsmanship/workmanship was poor. Mismatching Re-Bath materials, poor material cuts, poor material alignment, poor caulking, and little concern for placement of bathroom fixtures. Re-Bath workman were rough on the surrounding home, damaging woodwork, doors, and floors. There was additional rework resulted in minimal improvement while causing other issues and damage. It is clear that Re-Bath utilizes handymen to perform their work. They know a little about the each element of the bathroom remodel, but these workman were not skilled craftsman performing the work. Their workmanship does not rise to the level necessary to accomplish a quality installation. I concluded that Re-Bath was not capable of achieving this goal, quality remodel. There was NO quality inspection performed by Re-Bath supervisors, there was no check of the workmanship of the installation, not during the several days of work, nor after the job was completed. Re-Bath gave no indication of ensuring that a quality installation was achieved. No follow-up phone calls.

We are not at all satisfied with the job done on the floor.

Went okay. Salesman Alan was easy to work with. Was 5 weeks from initial contact to install. Workmanship excellent. Looks great. The product is a little bit pricey....

Having read bad reviews for other Rebaths but nothing on ReBath Southside, we went to the showroom to see what they had. I wanted ceramic tile but cost was too great. We decided to go ahead and make an appointment. Salesman, Alan H., arrived right on time and had samples and answered our questions and even gave us a sample to take for choosing our vinyl, wall color, and vanity. He had a notebook full of pictures of other clients with phone numbers to call to see how they liked the work and product. Rebath called us when the everything arrived and set up a time to install. Alan W. and Corey arrived on time for installation. Put down drop cloths to protect floors. They both worked nonstop, plus picked up the vanity. Separate group of men, didn't catch their names, put in the vinyl. At first I thought it was a little on the high side, but after the installation thinking how easy it is to care for and not having grout or replace tiles, I am definitely pleased. The guys cleaned up everything each night and after they finished. Alan W. went over how everything worked and gave us an instruction sheet on what to use to clean with and had me come in to check to see if they missed anything, and they had not. The next day salesman called to see if he could come back and see the finished job and make sure we were pleased. Everything just fell into place without any glitches. Definitely money well spent. Husband loves the shower bench. The installers were top notch and worked together like a well oiled machine. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.
