Logan responded to our request for an estimate within 24 hours. He was professional and knowledgeable. His estimate was very fair and affordable. The work he did turned out great. He even cleaned up after himself. We were so pleased with the results that we hired him for two other projects which were completed to our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend his services.

Never showed up.No calls,no text and No email. I finally got a hold of him and he stated that he was just getting out bed three hours late. He cost me time and money. I am a disabled senior and just needed help with this one hour project.

Logan did a wonderful job of cleaning up the mold and replacing the damaged base cabinet floor that resulted from a leak. He also applied silicone caulking to the granite counter seams. Excellent work and very reasonably priced also.

Everything went well. Logan scheduled the job promptly, showed up on time, and performed the work quickly and professionally. I'd use Peacock Property Enhancements again without hesitation and would highly recommend to others.

Logan was very professional and very reasonably priced. Was able to find parts for an older home light fixture and persevered until the job was finished and I would definitely recommend him!

I hired Logan to replace a large portion of privacy fencing that was knocked down at a rental property I own. I was incredibly impressed with his responsiveness, professionalism and quality of work. I am not local to the property and Logan provided pictures at every step. After recently seeing the completed fence in person I can say the pictures do not do his work proper justice. Logan's rates are very competitive and reasonable. In fact, his quote was only $50 more than another Angie's List contractor who wanted to reuse the old warped and broken fence posts. I have already referred family and friends to Logan for when they need handyman services and will definitely use him for future repairs.

Logan fixed drywall, cleaned up grout, repaired kitchen counters and did a ton of other smaller jobs for me around my place. He communicated really well so I always felt like I knew when he was coming or going and updated me frequently about the progress being made. I had a strict deadline and he met it with time to spare. He noticed details other people probably would have missed (myself included) that will add to the value of my house as I put it on the market. He was clean and thorough and made sure I could get to everything I needed in the middle of his work. Would recommend him and will use him again in the future if needed.

Mr. Peacock was awesome! He came to quote us only on patches for our subfloor and we ended up replacing our entire living room subfloor and our hallway. Logan had a plan from the get go and executed it perfectly. He was here when he said he'd be here and even completed the job early. I have nothing to complain about! If you’re looking for a handyman, Peacock Property Enhancements is the person to call FIRST! Through our frustration several people were interviewed but no one was up for the task. Not only did Logan show up promptly, he made the work look effortless. He only purchased items as needed to customize the work being done. Thereby saving money and time returning unneeded material. He cares about his work and it shows. He is so professional and always does business with a smile. My husband and I will never worry about another home repair since we now know Logan and Peacock Property Enhancements!
