+ -1 moreGrier meticulously handled all the details of preparing the house for sale, hiring a stager, painter and handyman. We got a contract sooner than we anticipated, for a price higher than expected. When the home inspection report came in, she walked us through all the details and advised us which items to fix. She handled all the details in a very very timely fashion. We could always count on her to get back to us right away. We will pass her name on to anyone in need of real estate services. In fact, we are looking to return to the area and have been looking at property with her as Buyer Clients. Again, we are extremely impressed with her style and ability to read us.
Description of Work: Grier was wonderful. She managed our house as it transitioned from a rental to for sale. That included several months of dealing with contractors for repairs/improvements on our behalf as distant owners. She superbly priced the house and brilliantly marketed it and found us the perfect buyer. Great attention to detail and follow through. Very, very reliable and trustworthy. Excellent job - over the moon with her!
