Description of Work: Time disposal is contracted to pick up our trash weekly. We have an especially long driveway and they were willing to come to the house to pick up the trash. The office staff is upbeat, helpful, and cheerful.

 + -1 moreThey provide good service. They are prompt in their pickups. They offer a small veterans discount and I don't have to separate out my recyclables from my regular rubbish. It took me a little bit of work to get in contact with them initially to set up services but I've had no complaints since then.

 + -1 moreWe've used them for years. They've always had great service and we've never had trouble with them. A few months ago I got really busy forgot to take my trash out two weeks in a row. The second week, my drivers saw the bin under my deck and went and pulled it out for me! I talked to them later and they said they noticed and didn't want it to back up for me. Thanks guys, I'm now a customer for life!

 + -1 moreThey are excellent and they are obliging and timely. Nothing not to like about them. They are doing what they're supposed to do and they do it in a friendly courteous manner. So, there is nothing not to like. And they do the single family recycling, which is very important to us.

 + -1 moreI called at the begiing of the buiseness day and Bonnie answered the phone. I explained to Bonnie that I had a special pickup and she transefered me to Kevin. I imformed Kevin that I had an old refridgerator that needed to be disposed of. He informed at that time what the charge would be, so I agreed to the fee and set up day for pick up. A nice gentleman came and picked it up and took it off our hands. It was very simple and no hassle.
Description of Work: I've been a customer with Time Disposal for 3 years now. Anytime I have had a questions about my service I contact the office. Bonnie always seems very geniuine and answers any questions that I may have. This is something I appreciate. One question in specific was about a special pickup she transferred me to Kevin and he worked with me to set up a pick up time and date that would work for me. I am very pleased with their service and will refer them to friends in the future.

 + -1 moreHorribly. To me a good waste disposal company is one you don't have to think about. As long as you pay your bill they do the job. When waste disposal becomes the number one issue in your household for a week it is time to make a change and find a company that will get the job done without an argument and headache!
Description of Work: We did not choose to do business with this company. We were forced to when they bought out our waste disposal company Ace Disposal. We were mailed a letter informing us there would be no changes to our service but there were. They refused to dump a canister we owned which is in excellent condition that Ace had dumped for two years. We called them to attempt to work out a resolution. We were greeted with a rambling 5 minute voice mail that stated 3 times that " our business was important to them". But it obviously was not. We asked to speak to a manager or owner but were denied that. We overheard him instructing the customer service representative what to tell us but that he would not talk to us. They could not seem to care at all that we wanted our service to remain the same or to have a discussion about it and hear our side. There are other choices for waste disposal in Charlottesville. We currently are getting excellent service from Dixon who also has Single Stream Recycling at a very reasonable price.
