Description of Work: They refinished our kitchen floor. The surface was left with spills, swirls and was rough around the entire perimeter. They came back for a redo and we ended up with a big ding in the floor. The finish is thin and dull. We are planning to redo the job this fall. Also, communication was extremely difficult right from the beginning -- not to mention following the two unsatisfactory jobs. In fact, we had quite a rude response after we told one of the owners that we planned to have a skilled carpenter fix the dinged board rather than to allow them to attempt a fix. We would not recommend the Colemans based on our experience.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job. They were not the cheapest estimate we got (although they weren't that much higher) but the person who came to do the estimate was much more professional and knowledgable than the other company.
Description of Work: Refinished hardwood floors, stair treads, and replaced shoemolding.
