 + -1 moreI purchased a 2 year service contract on my Sears appliances and have used this on several occasions. You may have general check-up and maintenance service even if there is no problem, which I also use once a year. I have been most happy with the program and find the technicians to be professional and skilled. You are left with a working appliance and no bill......just one service call would be the same price as the contract.
Description of Work: Replaced the top element of Kenmore electric stove that had burned out.

 + 1 moreThe quality of their work is great. The ladies at the front are very friendly and knowledgeable. However, the wait time seems a while and the price is a little high. I thought they overcharged for labor just for tires and alignment but the car runs good. I will go back because I trust their work.

Description of Work: We purchased a Kenmore Model 110 washer & dryer and had them installed by Sears. All went well for several years. The washer began to not spin dry the clothes after washing and we had a Sears representative come in and fix the problem under warranty. After several more years the problem is back, but the unit is out of warranty. The dryer has now begun to take very long to dry clothes due to the heating elements coming on intermittently. After going on-line to see how to repair the unit myself, I found that this model dryer requires complete removal of the cabinet to access the thermistor and thermostats. Most other dryers only require the removal of the back panel, but for some inexplicable reason not this model. This sort of design is inexcusable. Between these two units and the multiple problems within such a modest time frame for large appliances, I would not purchase Kenmore products in the future nor would I recommend them to anybody.

 + -1 moreI love the progressive lenses but I'm not crazy about the frames. My sister is more into fashion but she thinks my frames are a little out of date. My glasses and prescription sun glasses, both progressive were less than a competitor charged for just the regular glasses.

 + -1 moreOur experience was fine. It's a Terrier heat pump and that's a good brand. We are just working on paying it off now. It was expensive.
Description of Work: We had a new heap pump put in by Sears Stores - Charlottesville. They took out the old heat pump and installed the new one and that means the outside unit and an interior unit.
