+ -1 moreRick worked with me on the window placement suggesting that I create a template to hand on the wall for a couple of days to "live with it" before actually cutting the hole in the wall. Great Idea!
Description of Work: Rick installed an antique window into an interior wall of our family room. He added window sills on both sides of the window. The whole project was fabulous.

+ 0 moreRick had the framing materials delivered to the house early, so that on our arrival, everything was ready for the repair work. Rick is precise, had excellent ideas about diverting rainwater and preventing water from damaging entrance in the future.
Description of Work: Water was seeping in under a doorway in a beach cottage. The frame was replaced, sub-flooring replaced, door rehung, all repainted, threshold raised, redesigned roofing above the entrance.

+ 0 moreWe told Mr. Krell what we wanted in general terms and he quickly came back with a design that exceeded our expectations; but for a price within our budget. He and his team were a delight to work with. Our new porch turn out beautifully! Several photos are attached to this report.
Description of Work: Built screen porch on portion of deck by entrance to dining room. Replaced entire decking and railing and installed 2-4x6 posts and 2-LVL beams to strengthen deck. Built a custom designed metal modified hip roof with standing seams. Used stained beam panels for interior ceiling.
