He is intuitive and was able to fix a stuck pocket door without demolishing the drywall. We kept adding jobs to the list and he still completed everything in reasonable time. Caleb did multiple projects for us: he repaired and painted a garage door; cut out, repaired and replaced part of our kitchen floor; put in a new drainage line for the refrigerator; cleaned and sealed 2 bluestone porches; fixed and sealed two areas of rotten wood; rehung a section of guttering. He was very competent, very nice to work with and considerate of us and our property.
