Description of Work: Roof Top came out to look at a past roof leak situation during a dry spell in Charlottesville. The 2 gentlemen were very thorough in evaluating the entire roof, not just where the previous leak occurred. They corrected the problems right there, rather than setting up a separate appointment. They were very polite and professional.

Description of Work: This is a great company that I would highly recommend! During occasional heavy rains, my ceiling leaks and they came and assessed any damage they could find on the roof and then repaired at my request. I felt I paid a fair price for their services. A few months afterwards, my ceiling leaked again and they came and checked over everything and again repaired anything they thought could potentially be causing the leak. They did not charge me, as this was their guarantee of being satisfied with their work. A year later I again had a leak in the same spot and even though I wasn't sure if it was a roof issue at all, I called them back. Once again they came and even brought a specialist to make sure they were not missing anything and again fixed whatever they saw and again did not charge me. In my opinion, this company went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied with their work. They were genuine, courteous, punctual, and very reliable. This company did not forget who I was and made me feel that my situation mattered to them. I would recommend them without a doubt.

Description of Work: We have a flat section of roof over our front porch that always leaked where it connected with the regular roof. We had had the work done a couple of times before but it would always eventually leak again. this time the work was done properly and the roof hasn't leaked at all. The work looks neat and the provider was punctual and very professional.

My yard and driveway was left cleaner then when they arrived. They came back a day or so later to inspect their workmanship. Roof is great!
Description of Work: Existing roof was leaking by chimney, shingles were sliding off the roof. Entire roof needed to be replaced. Roof Top Services was the only company that actually went on the roof to inspect and give me a proper estimate. The estimate was to remove 2 layers of shingles replace with 3 tab shingles, replace damaged plywood & exhaust vent.

+ -1 moreFrom start to finish, I was happy with my interactions with the people at Roof Top Services. I received an initial estimate in February, signed a contract in April and had the new roof installed in June. I found the office staff responsive and helpful. Any questions I had regarding the estimate or the products to be used were answered promptly and to my satisfaction. Installation was completed quickly and the installation crew conferred with me prior to removal of the old shingles, following removal of old shingles/inspection of roof decking, and following installation of new shingles. The crew also circled the perimeter of the house following installation to remove any stray roofing nails/debris and left the area cleaner than when they started. A day later, Roof Top Services sent an inspector out to follow up on the installation and he found a couple of minor issues (chimney flashing needed to be smoother, diverter needed to angle in opposite direction) and had the crew return to fix those problems. Overall, I was happy with the work that Roof Top Services provided.

+ -1 moreRoofing company spent time evaluating and planning the job due to need to rip off plywood to access attic space for the new insulation. The two companies did an excellent job of respecting each others expertise and time. The job was well orchestrated, completed in a timely manner, and a smooth experience for all invulved. Quality work with a fantastic crew who repected us and our property. There was continuous communication and follow-up from the supervisor and owneer.
Description of Work: Replaced roof and some underlying plywood . Roofing company worked in tandem with insulation company to add insulation to cathedral ceilings.

+ -1 moreThe estimator was thorough and efficient, the crew was clearly experienced and quick working. The whole roof took a day and a half to replace. Except for a couple very small chunks of old roof, it was impossible to tell they were ever on site. I have yet to find a nail in the grass or bushes.
