One of the contractors came by the house within 2 days of contacting them to get an estimate. They were professional and explained their estimate of why I had leaks around my skylight. I was provide with a full estimate and contract proposal within 24 hours. They called me a week prior to servie to tell me the day they would be at my house. They completed the work as described and the leaks appear to have stopped. It has been 30 days since the service and it has rained pleanty.

They were on time, they were fast, and they did a good job. They put a tarp over my garden and it crushed my tomato plants but it didn’t break them. They found little sticks in the yard to prop up my tomato plants so they wouldn’t die. That was nice of them.

The crew showed up on time, did the repairs in a timely fashion, cleaned up and were professional. No complaints at all. They did a great job and ensured I was satisfied with their work before they left.

Roof Top Services did a great job. I had gotten an estimate from another company (also rated high on Angie's List). But Roof Top specializes just in roof work and their estimate came in cheaper, so I went with them. Plus the other company estimated the job would take 2 days and require a dumpster in my driveway. Roof Top completed the job quickly (they had a bunch of workers on the roof!) and did a top-notch job. 3 days after they completed the job we experienced the horrible "derecho" storm. Lots of branches hit my roof--but I did not lose a single shingle!The folks in the office were professional and friendly. All appointments were kept. They were extremely careful to match the new roof to the existing roof on the addition.

They were great. We had quite a few companies come by to assess what the problem was. I am a home repair/handyman person and I had already looked at what the problem was and Roof Top climbed in and looked at what the problem was, which was what I did. They told me exactly what I knew the problem was so I knew they knew exactly what they were doing. They were very timely, quick and thorough. I haven't had any problems since they came and did the work. The price was exactly what we thought it should be.

Rooftop Services was courteous on the phone. It was easy to contact a human being. They sent a contract via email after the estimate. Once accepted by me, they were out very quickly and did the job without any muss or fuss. I wasn't here when they came by, so I can't speak about any of that, but you couldn't tell they were ever here. There was no mess or any trace of them having been here. Billing was quick, easy and efficient. I didn't comment on the quality of the work because it was done in response to a leak repair. It hasn't rained yet, so I don't know if that part was fixed. So far, so good.

They have been excellent and very responsive. It was a repair they had made so I don’t know much it is going to cost. It was a very difficult repair and it was still leaking. They came as promptly as they could. They came out the same day they were called.

The guys did a great job! Very precise and well-sealed! We did get some serious water intrusion soon after their work. They came out immediately, found out the cause and showed us that it did not come from their repaired site, but from another patch, where the caulking may have been shifted through walking on the roof during work. He said that this spot only needed some caulking, explained to us how to do it right, and that's what we did. Did the job! He could have sold us another expensive roof job right there, but did not. Just told us how to keep an eye on it, until it really needs replacing in 5-10 years.

Overall, I would grade them a B. The quote and the charges were different. The work was good. The people were friendly and useful. When I asked about the job after it was done, they came out to fix the error no problem.

I spent $2100 for that service. I like that they were very professional, punctual and the staff were good. They did a nice job, cleaned up and there were no problems. I would absolutely use them again if needed.

I decided to use Roof Top Services based on Angies List Reviews, Better Business Bureau rating, references and personal due diligence. They completed the job in one day. They did a great job in cleaning up after the work was completed.There were a couple minor issues with the work. It took the company two times to correct. They did come out promptly to correct.The supervisor David came out the second time to complete work. I enjoyed working with David as he took the time to answer questions I had and worked with me to make sure I was satisfied with the job. At this time I would highly recommend this company for roofing services.

They were super fantastic. I did not pay for it, but I think it was around $8000 when it was done. They were incredibly impressive. They brought a large crew and did the whole roof in one day and they did things that I haven’t even done from actual roofing myself. They did things and fixed things I would not have thought to have done and it looks great. My neighbor who knows more about roofing than I do was incredibly impressed as well. I think I got a great job done for less than the other estimate that I got, the other estimate was higher. They were recommended to me by somebody else locally. I can’t say anything bad about them. It was a separate salesman and then the crew that came out had a foreman and the foreman was Spanish speaking and he very nice. They actually sent out somebody else later to get up on the roof to check it and quality control as well, so I am definitely very impressed.

We were very satisfied with them. We upgraded to the architectural shingles for an additional $400. They did estimates and wrote up a contract. They answered all our questions. They did the job earlier than scheduled and they did it in one day. They had to replace some boards, which added a little expense but they gave us a discount on the boards. They took pictures to show us how bad they were. We were at work so they documented them with pictures. They worked with us really, really well and we were very pleased with them. We had a large roof and it was half of what we expected to pay. We would use them again.

I had gotten the name from Angie's List. Contact was all done efficiently by phone. Workers showed up when they were supposed to and did what they were supposed to do.

It went pretty well. They came and did an estimate within a week of me calling. They took pictures and showed me the areas where the shingles were missing. They came back while I was at work to fix it and mailed me the bill. They stuck with their estimate and did not go over it. I would use their services again in the future.

Arrived when expected, completed work on time. Work seemed to be well done. No complaints!

It was apparent that Rooftop Services really cared that we had a great roof that would perform well over a long period of time.They provided it for a price that was competitive, and considering the amount of time they spent to make sure we were getting what we wanted.... going with Rooftop was easily the best (and most cost effective) decision I made during the whole renovation. From the initial phone call, Rooftop Services became the solution to our problems rather than another contractor fiasco. John did an immediate house visit and consulted with our ventilation people and our builder. It was John that engineered a strategy that solved the ventilation problems and the problems other contractors just could not satisfy relative to meeting code. A terrifically pleasing aspect was that John was focused on quality of function as well as aesthetics and it really paid off. We had naysayers (those bidding higher) say that Rooftop's ability to get the whole roof done in one day was unrealistic and meant that there would be 15 guys on the roof (like that was a bad thing). Rooftop's crew were professional, courteous and skilled and very focused. They all looked like they enjoyed their jobs and they worked really hard, were super clean and the attention to detail was impressive. John, the site supervisor and the crew leader all listened to my concerns and accommodated them. All of the work was done as promised and afterward you'd have never known they were there except for the beautiful new roof and great windows. John came back twice after completion to inspect the work and make sure we were happy. Working with Rooftop Services made me feel like I had a true partner in a complicated renovation. Their expertise and performance made our project a success. Cost: Rooftop came in with a fair bid that included superior materials and all the extra things that roofs need that I wouldn't have known about. The details they attended to, along with expeditious work and super clean-up... all of the things you can't predict...they really were great.

Estimate done within 3 days of initial contact. Problem with leak around flashing around vent stack. Determines that there was also some damage to shingles from when house was sided (original builder?) with nail holes through approximately a dozen shingles. Repair completed within 4 days of signing contract

Although I did not use Rooftop to do the work, I was impressed with the professionalism of all their staff I encounter, their punctuality, and their responsiveness. If I have more roofing work in the future, Rooftop will definitely be on my list to contact.

We had to call them twice to get them to come but once they did come it all worked out fine.

We had part of our roof damaged during a windstorm. They came out immediately and gave us a very good estimate. They were very prompt in doing the work. The bill came in, and it was exactly the same as the estimate. We were very pleased with them.

They quickly returned my phone call for an estimate. Showed up when they said they would, was very professional. Inspected our roof and quickly found the leak. Was a very small job. They made the repair, but wouldn't accept payment since it was so small. They said they'd keep my records on file in case there were issues in the future. Impressive company and very professional.
