Roberta's Cleaning & Janitorial Service

Roberta comes to our house monthly to clean. We had tried to keep up cleaning ourselves, but just kept being too busy to get it done in a timely manner. Roberta's team came in and did a much better job than we had ever done since living in our house. She has been coming for 4 months now and does a great job each time.

Roberta and staff provide excellent cleaning service. Following my initial contact, she came to my house, provided a proposal, and even had 2 of her staff with her that day and were able to begin service right then. They come punctually every 2 weeks and clean my house from top to bottom.

I am very pleased with Roberta's Service and highly recommend it to others.

Personnel arrived on time. Immacuately groomed. They got right to work and cleaned the house from top to bottom. No nook or crannie was overlooked. They moved furniture to vac and dust. All items moved were returned to their original position. I have a lot of trim,crown moulding and all was attended to. Have used this service monthly since November 2012 and have referred neighbors who are also thrilled. Most accomodating for schedule changes and service requests. Highly recommend!

Roberta is the owner of this business. She assigned Gwen to clean my place. Gwen did a great job when she was here, but was scheduled to clean my apartment on 2/3/12 at 11am and did not show up. I was not given any notification. When I called Roberta on that Friday I did not receive her personally, I had to leave a message on her voice mail. I received no call back through Saturday, so I tried again today (2/5/12, Sunday). I did get a hold of her and told her what I just described. She said ( just paraphrasing) that she had told me that Gwen was not so available on Fridays to work. This is not true. I was told by her that since I was only really able to be at my apartment for Gwen to clean on Fridays (because that is the only day that I don't have classes) that that would be a mutually agreeable time. I'm not sure that their decision to cease services was not at least partly due to the fact that I am a paraplegic, confined to a wheelchair and have special needs. If that is the case, then they should have told me that initially, not after three cleanings. This is certainly not a cleaning crew that I would recommend.

I called Roberta on a Monday and she said that she was available to meet with me the next day.

Roberta and here crew do a thorough and efficient house cleaning on a bi-weekly basis. They don't miss much, don't break anything, and are courteous, professional and cost-effective. What more can you ask?

She was good and courteous, though her price was a bit high. I trust her, and since I lived in another city I needed someone I could trust.

Roberta came to view the condo very soon after we called her. She walked through and gave us a bid for what we thought was a very fair price. The work was performed within days and she and her staff left the condo cleaner than we could have hoped. We were delighted with the job they did. We will call her again for any cleaning needs we have in the future.

I've used many cleaners over the years and most do a perfunctory job. I found Roberta's Cleaning Service on Angie's list and I'm glad I did. Lovely woman, excellent staff, very thorough and fair, very accommodating. Roberta deserves the excellent reports she's received on this site!

Roberta has been my housecleaner for over two years now. She cleans my condominium once a month and does a wonderful job. She not only leaves the place immaculate, but is a warm and generous person whom I would trust completely. I highly recommend her as a housecleaner.

She toured the facility, explained her service, what tasks would be extra and then provided a written quote based on our needs. She and her staff arrive promptly and reliably twice a week.

Roberta is totally trustworthy. She has access to my home when I am not there. She always comes with someone else. The price listed is for two people for three hours. I normally have them out once a month, but sometimes I have them more often. I think their pricing is comparable to others out here. I will continue to use her in the future.

I explained what I needed to be done in the house, she has followed through very well. When additional things need to be done, she does them happily.
