Description of Work: Misc. contracting renovation. Ben's a likable, smart guy; also a strong personality. Definitely a can-do guy. They took on varied things. Trim. Painting. Repairs. Hauling. Lighting fixture wiring and installing. He's a good Project Manager, and uses a better than average team. He got the work done pretty quickly. A satisfyingly available and mostly straightforward and capable communicator. I'm hard to please, so that's saying a lot.
