She arranged the services of a settlement agency, a home inspector, and carpet cleaners, and she helped us set up utilities. Because of her diligence, this was the smoothest home purchases we've ever experienced! Cheryl is both intelligent and knowledgeable, and her open, friendly manner and clear business sense relieved us of much of the stress we had felt in our previous real estate transactions. The support delivered by Cheryl and Real Estate III truly exceeded our expectations!
