Excellent, excellent and excellent. There was a two (2) man/person crew. They were timely, professional, efficient and effective. I have already recommended them to other friends and I know one person who has also used them and was also so pleased. I have been searching for a vendor of this quality to do this work for sometime. Although, I did not get them from Angie's List but out of the telephone book I wanted to give them a review because, it is so hard to find competent vendors/skilled personnel. I am already on their calendar to return in May, 2016 to do the chimney, gutters and dryer vent, with the thought to put them back on my schedule for November 2016 to look at the gutters and to clean the dryer vent again.

Quality Carpet and Chimney Cleaning did a great job. The gentleman who came was very efficient, very polite, did a good job, and left. The price was competitive.

The technicians came on time, were curtious, helped picking up kids' toys from everywhere on the carpet, moved around the furnitures (so the cleaning can be done on a carpeted area), cleaned the three pieces in just over two hours, and then cleaned the carpet underneath. For the sofas they first vacuumed, cleanned, then applied a deodorizer. Their equipment is truck-mounted and they brought in only the hoses.
