+ -1 moreOne of my tenant apartments needed repainting after four years and a smoker inhabited the place. Mr. Gimbert and his crew were highly professional, efficient and delivered good quality work. As the painting progressed, Mr. Gimbert was able to take on additional repair items not anticipated at the time the estimate was done. These items were added to the estimate by agreement and the cost came in for the total job at a reasonable price and within the projected time frame.
Description of Work: The job was to repaint a one bedroom, living room, kitchen tenant apartment, four rooms and a hallway in all. In addition, an exterior cement stairwell, low wall, two exterior doors and porch columns were painted Some minor repairs were also involved as in changing door knobs, repair to a door, hanging new mailboxes, and some minor ceiling repair.

+ 0 moreThe outside had no drips onto the brick. The inside was done well by a crew of three painters. Repairs to moisture damaged wood were done very well at a reasonable price.
Description of Work: Painted the trim, shutters and decks of my brick house. Also painted inside.
