+ -1 moreI have worked with him on a couple of projects. He worked on the initial renovation of this house, as well as the more recent renovation of the south side of the house. He is frequently rated as one of the best architects in the area. The most recent project was a really good design of an alteration to the south side of the house, which had to be submitted to a board of architectural review. He is a very talented architect. He is also an artist and a book author. He is a member of the McGuffey Art Center. My experience with him was excellent. I strongly recommend him. He met my expectations. Everything went smoothly, with no surprises. The price was excellent.
Description of Work: He designed the original complete renovation in 1996-97 He designed further additions to the south side of the house in 2010, including new roof, new 2nd floor deck, new fence, and solutions to drainage issues.
