Description of Work: Laco has handled plumbing jobs for me--large and small--so many times over the past decade that I'm on a first-name basis with several of the plumbers. Most recently, I called with a toilet emergency. They worked me into an already full schedule. As always, they were prompt, courteous, and efficient. Their charges are reasonable and the quality of their work is excellent. That's why I keep calling them.

Description of Work: I can't say enough about the professionalism and service Laco, Inc. provides. I have been working with a contractor who has left me high and dry when plumbing problems occur. I have called Tony Laco three times during the past 6 months of the project. Every time he came right out to help - 2 times without charging me to advise me on what needed to be done by the contractor. The one time he did work he fixed it that day after I had called the contractor with no avail and then paid a rooter company without resolution.

They were very courteous and cleaned up all the areas they worked on, and took time to explain all the new functions to my plumbing system so that I can maintain them correctly. I highly recommend their services.
Description of Work: I hired LACO, Inc. to perform a number of services on a home I recently purchased. They very skillfully and efficiently: -Caulked tub and shower faucet -Installed new trip lever for tub drain -Removed debris from water line -Installed a running trap on my A/C condensation line and capped off an incorrectly installed vent line into my sump pump -Installed a whole-house water filter and new main water shut-off valve -Installed new washer and dryer hookups

 + 1 moreDescription of Work: They came in and fixed/removed and replaced all of our polybutylene piping. We went on vacation and I felt confident and secure enough to have them come in while we were on vacation, giving them the time to dot his without us being in the house. The drywall patch work they did was amazing, and we feel secure in the fact that our house is safe from a Quest pipe issue, like flooding. They also replaced our old water heater (it was 20 yrs. old) with an 80 gallon one,mas we have lots of visitors. We won't have another pro

 + -1 moreIt was a mess! Laco and his staff cleaned up the mess and then fixed everything. They were extremely accommodating and worked around our schedule. I totally trust these guys. They also did a major installation of bathroom fixtures for us a couple of years ago. Totally professional. Listen to Tony and Bucky- their advice is gold.
Description of Work: We had a leak in the crawl space (discovered by our pest control folks) that was due to some incorrectly installed pipes.

 + 0 moreI handled everything through Laco and I have been working with them for only several years. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would do. They made some recommendations that I accepted and which seemed to work. They were recommended to me by another vendor I use. When I called them the owner came out promptly and told me what he thought needed to be done. The owner also came back out when the crew came out to do the work. I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Laco to do some drywall repair and also to hire a subcontractor to reroute a kitchen drain.
