This was a terrible experience. This is a father and son operation. I spoke with the father on the phone initially. Apparently the son came out to look at my house and come up with the estimate. I was not home. The father called and gave me an estimate of $298 to wash the windows inside and out, wash the screens and the sills. I have this recording on my cell phone. There was a problem with the first date they said the son would be out. We arranged another date when my husband would be home but I had to be at work. I came home that evening and found that the screens and sills had not been cleaned. Dirty water stains were on my window ledges. The bill was left for $268.00. That was not the original quote. For $30 more dollars he was supposed to have cleaned the screens and sills. I called the next day and had to leave a message. I called several times leaving messages before I could talk to the father who is the one who answers the phone. I explained the discrepancy between what was quoted and what was actually done. He told me he would ask his son to call me. When the son finally called he was very rude. He stated that he was the one who writes up the estimates and his estimate was for $268 and did not include the windows or screens. He didn't care what his father had quoted me on the phone. I had no written estimate. He further stated that since my husband was home and said the job was "fine" he had no further obligation. My husband had not received the information and was only there to let him in to clean the inside of the windows. The quality of the work that was done was also poor. They really didn't appear very clean. I complained about that and he did grudgingly come back to look at what my complaints were. When he came he was very surly. He stated that there were hard water stains that made the windows still look dirty. While that may be what some of the spots were, other window cleaners have been able to remove these. In summary, sometimes you get what you pay for. I have had my windows cleaned many times over the years. Having the windows cleaned has always been a great experience. This was a disaster. It would be better to just go with dirty windows rather than to try to use this company.
