Description of Work: I have used Intrastate for several projects (helping to remodel a room after water damage, termite treatment, and electrical problem). All 3 services were done very professionally. Prices seemed reasonable, but I did not shop around for the best price.

Description of Work: Very responsive and helpful. I just could not deal with the plan of poison all over my home and around the outside, too. However, the representative did a complete evaluation - extremely thorough - and made several suggestions which, so far, have prevented the mice from returning. I don't trust the mice, though. I keep a careful watch. I do trust Intrastate. I would recommend them. (Charlottesville, VA)

Description of Work: Beware of the Dog. They told me I had bed bugs based on a dog coming out to the house. It alerted on two areas. After treatment I still felt I was being bitten and had lesions on my back , arms and legs. The manager then told me I probably had fleas too. The subcontractor came back and looked. He said there was no evidence of fecal stains such as bed bugs leave. Long story short, I went to my dematalogist on another issue. He told me I have plaque ecxema. I asked Intrastate to adjust there charge, admitting that maybe they made a honest mistake. They did not return the call. I wrote a note on the invoice and once again got no response.

Description of Work: Termites were found in the drains and in a door jam. They did the perimeter treatment and a local treatment of a door jam that was ful of termites. He said hey would all be dead in 2-3 months. Two months later we found a heavy infestation in the door next to the first one treated. It took hem a couple of days to return the call, then afew more before they could get out. Once they finally got here they spot treated the new site at the door. A few months later we saw them again. This time the owner came out and found a live tunnel. He admitted they hadn't sealed the perimeter and said they would do it that day. Then 2 months later hey we're back again. At this point we've gone two weeks and still no call from them. Meanwhile we've apparently had termites eating away at our house or a year since we first contacted them. We will likely see them in court to recoupe money we will have to spend to get someone to actually get rid of he termites.
