+ -1 moreExcellent job, Ellen and her helper always do a great job. My house is so nice a clean after she comes by. Once I didn't have as much for them to do and they cleaned my dishes, the sink and the fridge without me requesting it which was really nice. She is very efficient and once she did the whole house herself but all the other times she brings another women.

+ -1 moreCalled Ellen last minute because I had out of town guest arriving. She rearranged her schedule. And she did an amazing job on all my bathrooms and kitchen. I am fairly picky and she was fantastic. I will have her back for sure without question.

+ -1 moreEllen is prompt, reliable, efficient and compassionate. My home was immaculate when she finished. I continue to use Ellen's Cleaning and have recommended her to my close friends. She was highly complimented when she cleaned their home following the installation of new wood floors.
Description of Work: My house had not been cleaned in many months due to a family illness. When I urgently needed help I found Ellen on Angie's List. When I called she quickly adjusted her schedule to come for an estimate. She evaluated the situation and willing to arrange for the heavy cleaning required.

+ -1 moreHouse is clean and fresh since she last came! She also agreed to work on weekends which made a huge difference for us in getting ready for guests. I trust her in our home and she doesn't need supervised at all. She does everything I ask and joked that our house wasn't too dirty as we don't have kids yet. I really like her and her work. We are having her come about every 3 weeks.
Description of Work: House cleaning top to bottom! She is super and responded promptly. I found her through Angie's list and she came that weekend. Very kind and professional woman. She brought all of her own supplies and was great with our dogs. I explained to her that we just moved in and house needed a good hard clean, she agreed and said first time would be $140 as more expensive first time then cheaper afterwards. She impressed me so much that I have her a little extra. She literally ran from car to house for additional supplies and moved non stop for 5+ hours. She is superb and we just had her come back a second time. I will use her again and again. She is the best!

+ -1 moreAfter having a very bad experience with another cleaning service that was featured on Angie's list, I hired Ellen to clean my home on a biweekly basis. She did an excellend job at the first initial cleaning this past Friday. I look forwad to the next cleaning and the one after that!
Description of Work: Our house was thoroughly cleaned. Kitchen floor ( a high traffic area with dog,) was very clean along with the baseboards. The bathrooms sparkled and the marble in master bathroom was finally cleaned wtihout leaving behing marks. All furniture and nick nakcs were returned to the original places, nothing out of place. The house looked great!
