I first asked for a quote from the Home Advisor website, it couldn't have been more than two minutes from the time I sent off the request that I received a call from a young lady from Fitch asking to go over my requests. A couple hours later I received the quote, appointment was made for the following day. The electrician was right on time and took care of our issues in an hour (thermostat replacement & wire repair on our gas fireplace). Everything from the very start was quick and smooth. I will be asking for them from now on for all of our electrical needs, very impressed!

Timely and professional

The plumber was there when they told me, the replaced the outside faucet which was leaking under the kitchen sink. They were in and out in about twenty minutes.

Excellent service.rhw young man did a great job cleaning the furnace out and checking it over. He was very polite, got right to work, and seemed happy to share info about what he was doing.

There were two electricians who came to work a series of electrical issues. They worked well and rapidly to resolve all the issues and they fixed problems in a cost effective manner for me the customer.

They came to camera a blocked line. When they got there, I was told they could not camera it because it was blocked, but that was why I called them in the first place. I got a service call charge for that . They came back the next day because a different person does the rootering. So they tried to unblock it, to no avail. Another charge. They wanted to dig up the yard and replace broken pipe. This was done and yet there was still a blockage, so they snaked it again and finallly unblocked it. We feel they replaced pipe unneccessarily to the tune of $2200.00 I don't think they were forthright about this. We do not recommend them at all

They are knowledgable and consistent in their communication skills. Their estimate is fair and their willingness to complete the project is great.
