EnviroSmarte Spas and Pools

Description of Work: Installed an Endless Pool for me - total disaster. Despite having been to the site where the pool was to be installed, Richard from Envirosmarte neglected to inform me that trees would need to cut or the pool wold not be able to be craned in. Luckily when the flat-bed with the pool arrived, I had someone on hand (doing completely unrelated AV work) who was able to get the needed equipment and trim the trees. MORE IMPORTANTLY, Richard tried to sell me a pool purifier that would have VOIDED MY ENDLESS POOL WARRANTY. He recommended installing the envirosmarte system which led me to believe I needed to choose a water purification system. After research I determined a salt water system was the better way to go. As it turns out neither system is needed - the pool comes with it's own UV system - and both would have voided my warranty had I installed either. Fortunately, when his crew came to install my salt water system, they needed a part at Lowes and when they went to get it, I called Endless Pool (I was concerned about comments his workman had made regarding never having installed a salt water system on an endless pool before) and that's when I found out I was mere minutes away from voiding a warranty on a $20,000 pool. AND NOW THE KICKER: when I refused to have the salt water system installed and asked for a refund, Richard not only denied me ($1500) he had his workman hide the system in my bushes so he could say that I received the system (and therefore was liable for the charge). Not only steer clear from these unscrupulous people, also steer clear of Endless Pools - they are other swim spas with better quality and customer service.
