Don and his crew repaired the gutters quickly and efficiently for a fair price. Don’s company has a great reputation, and the quality of its work on my house shows why this is the case. I highly recommend Don’s company for copper gutter repairs.

Excellent. When the roof repairs were completed, they came out and completed the job. Due to a change in the roof, new gutters were needed and they were able to do it that day, so there was no waiting for the job to be completed.

Don is a true professional He scheduled an initial appointment and then ordered samples and we viewed options from moderate to expensive gutters and gutter guards. He and his staff are very friendly and did the job in literally below freezing weather in 1 1/2 days. The gutters are beautiful and enhance our home.

We had a lot of trouble getting them to return calls or emails initially, it took several weeks to schedule an appointment.  Once we did, however, they were very professional.  They gave us a valid quote, arrived on time to carry out the work, brought all the right equipment, including a ladder which allowed them to reach the third floor of our townhouse, and cleaned up completely when they were done.  The only evidence of their work was the fact that the gutters now drain flawlessly instead of overflowing and sending sheets of water over the back door.  We are very satisfied with their work.

The work was done quickly and well, at about half the cost of an estimate provided by a competitor.  Very pleased with the result.

Rained for several days right after installation and everything worked great!  Recommend this provider.

Very professional outfit.  Timely responses to estimate request and installation.  Did an excellent job of working around all the shrubs and flowers.  When we had a problem with water overflowing the gutters, Don came by immediately to check it out.  His solution worked perfectly.  Although we didn't like having the problem, we were amazed and pleased with the level of customer support to fix the problem.

I was very pleased to find Don and Gutterworks. Don was pleasant and came quickly to give an estimate, and I thought the crew he sent out was very good. While it was a relatively small job, replacing a section of gutter with oversized gutter, the crew went out of their way to do an extra couple of things that ensured the gutter was doing its job properly. Found them to be good value, as well.

Very well! Don is a true professional and an honest hard-working man. Other quotes we recieved were almost double for less work.

While the products installed seem to be of high quality, I was not
pleased with other aspects.  In particular, I was stunned by Don's
aggravation over finding an issue (rotten face-board) when replacing the
gutters. We had pointed out the problems we were having on that side of
the house; we had no idea, however, what was causing the issue. 
Although the contract made clear we would pay for such additional work,
Don was quite aggravated when his workers found a rotten facial board. 
(The workers were quite professional.) Don's concern was that the
repair would put him behind schedule on the next customer. I was taken
aback by his attitude.  He came by, assessed what supplies would be
needed...complained he would need boards, paint; that meant two
different trips.  I told him I had primer and paint, thinking that would
help move things along.  I had to leave for work and assumed they would
paint the facing board before mounting the new gutter on it.  They did
not. I have no idea how it is going to hold up; I hired someone to paint
the exposed portion (it was an eyesore from the street.)  I would
recommend people talk through the "what ifs" before hiring Don, if you
want a high-quality job. Also stay at home to see the project through

Don responded promptly to my call. He gave a reasonable estimate and the work was completed within 12 hours of my accepting the contract. The crew was courteous. The gutters look great.

I contacted Don based on other reviews on Angie's List.  Due to factors beyond Don's control, it took a while for him to get out to our property to look at the project and give us a quote.  However, once he got out to the property he got us a quote very promptly.  Don was great about communicating with us and was very professional.  The two workers that came to actually do the work were extremely nice and professional.  They worked very quickly and left the site spotless.  Other than gutters appearing on the buildings, we would have never known they had been on the property.  We had new gutters installed on a garage and a barn.  Neither building had gutters prior to this installation.  Don also hooked up two rain barrels for us with diverters.  We couldn't be happier with the work done.  We did not get any other estimates so I cannot comment how Don compares as far as price.  I would say that even if he is higher it is worth it to get such a nice job.

Perfect. They worked fast and everything looks great. The owner was also very helpful when we were trying to decide the type of gutter to purchase.

Overall the process went very well.
Don S. came out and gave a very comprehensive evaluation and bid to correct my gutter problems 2-3 weeks prior to the work crew arriving.  Workers were promt, clean cut and friendly.....while Don was not part of the crew that performed the work he did stop by while the crew was working to make sure everything was as it should be.
We have had several rains since the installation and while I have not had a chance to see how the work handles a strong downpour, they are working well in a normal steady rain.
