Deborah Rutter is a fantastic realtor. We were extremely lucky to have her guide us through the process of looking for a new home in new city. Deborah was an excellent resource, and her willingness to listen to us and hear our questions and concerns about a home purchase allowed us to make a decision about a new home that felt reasoned and considered, and ultimately very good. We decided to build a new home, and Deborah was there every step of the way to help us. Our newly constructed home is better for her help. Deborah is a professional in every way. She is smart, full of good humor, and a great resource about Charlottesville. You are in great hands when working with Deborah. Deborah was a big help. Although she was not our agent, she went way beyond the call of duty to make herself available on short notice to fill in when there was a scheduling conflict with our terrific primary agent, Amy Webb (what an awesome team!). Deborah is very knowledgable about home construction in general and interior finishing practices. She also helped negotiate the contract for our house and was tough but honest and considerate. She's a nice person and we enjoyed her sense of humor. It was great working with her!
