+ -1 morewithout problems now. I would recommend them to anyone. Fast and they understand laptop computer. Did not try to charge us for phantom problems. Great, We will go back to them. We then took our second computer to them and they fixed a recurring problem on the second computer and returned it and it is running just fine now.
Description of Work: Problem with "clicking" when computer turned on. They checked out the problem and fixed what ever was happening. Checked our the computer for all possible problems and fixed a few "Trojan horse" problems. They did a full search for any problems on the computer and it is running

+ -1 moreThey said they would charge me their basic fee to see if the data could be retrieved off an external hard drive that would no longer work. They called me the next day with the news that the data was retrievable if I would bring them a new external hard drive. I did so one evening and they called me the next morning to say that the data was on the hard drive and it was ready to pick up. They charged me only the basic charge (no additional charges for the time to retrieve the data) and returned the parts of the failed drive as well. They were pleasant, efficient and effective.
Description of Work: They evaluated and were able to get data off a failed external hard drive.
