I went through Angie's list and filled out the form for an estimate or response. After 3 days - no response. Prior to this I had contacted them twice (3 days apart) asking for a return call. Again, no response. I would never consider hiring someone for a job who doesn't have the courtesy to email or phone even an acknowledgement of a phone call or written request. This is not the way to build trust for customers

Heather is a true professional and very easy to work with. I absolutely would hire her again. I hired her to do a deep cleaning of my home and she went above and beyond. She is very methodical and has an efficient process in place; she doesn't miss a thing. The tub in one of the bathrooms had some type of stain that I had tried, unsuccessfully, to clean. Heather managed to get the stain removed and I hadn't even discussed it with her. After she left I went to vacuum some hair, I had noticed earlier, from the inside of one of the draws in my bathroom, Heather had already done it. I couldn't believe it! This is the first time that I've actually been impressed with a cleaning company and happy with the results. As expected, and discussed ahead of the appointment, a deep cleaning is more expensive but I needed to have that done and it was worth every penny. Heather also does regular cleanings.

I needed a company to commit quickly and Charlottesville Cleaning fit me in within a week. It’s not often you get total professionalism mixed with congeniality, but you get it with this company! This company is run intelligently and efficiently! Excellent and thorough job!

I have never had so much fun cleaning my house. Heather was such a help during the holidays, and then when we moved, she and her staff were there for me again. Now that we are in the new house, they helped us get settled so the place feels like home. Need focus on the blinds? Just ask! Need help with the hard to dust places? No worries! Got pets? Not a problem. This team does fantastic work. I'm so glad I found them and that they come all the way to Lake Monticello!

We hired Charlottesville Cleaning Services for their house cleaning services, and follow on work to clean up our front and back deck. The cleaning was also on schedule and perfect. The power washing as well went just as we had hoped. They have always been able to work with our schedule and prices are great.

Heather and her husband were great! We were in a BIG house and it was very dirty! They worked really hard for hours and cleaned the place top to bottom. Including appliances, inside cupboards and drawers etc. they were very thorough. I wish we were still in the area because I would totally hire them again. She also took on the job at the last minute and rearranged her schedule to be able to help us out. They are hard workers and do a great job, I highly recommend hiring them for all your cleaning needs.

Great! Heather and Brandon were so friendly and helpful. They were very thorough and the house now looks amazing. We had some mold issues in our bathroom that they cleaned up and gave us tips on what to use to keep it from coming back! We will definitely use them again for our move-out clean and recommend them to others. Great great service!

Heather and Brandon did a great job and were very thorough and easy to work with. The water was shut off (in the middle of their cleaning job) and they were really great about it and fit me back into their schedule to finish the job when the water was back on. I will definitely be using their services in the future. Highly recommended!

Heather has been cleaning our house for the last few months and she does a great job. I've used other services in the past that just weren't as thorough as Heather is. Sometimes we only need help with a few rooms, but we've also had a whole house cleaning before hosting a party and everything looked great. Heather is very efficient, but I never feel like she's rushing. We're very happy with the service!

I truly enjoy working with Heather, the owner of Charlottesville Cleaning Service. She is extremely responsive, detail-oriented, conscientious, and trust-worthy. She does a great job cleaning my house every other week and is always willing to handle special requests. When we moved into a new construction home, she was fantastic at putting together a plan to keep the house clean as dust settled and the contractor finished projects.
