Charlottesville portrait photographer Carroll Morgan creates iamges for attorneys, doctors, and business executives. Clents may use their image(s) for PR, marketing, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media. I use up to 4 or 5 professional strobes. In addition to fill and key lights that all portrait photographers use, I also add hair and rim lights (to accentuating your face by separating it from the background). I light custom backgrounds independently. Tethering the camera to a laptop makes it easy and convenient for clients to view and select their favoirte images before leaving. Within 24 hours I will deliver fully retouched images, either by email or by a secured file-sharing service. I wasn't particularly impressed with them. They did come and do what they were asked to do. I thought the price was good. I did want him to look at another computer, but he didn't act like he wanted to because he didn't think he'd get paid for it. However, I had every intention of paying him to look at the second computer, too. He didn't have much of a personality.
Description of Work: I used Buckhead for a computer repair.

This is a response to an old posting, so I apologize for the delay. I just checked the member's location and do not remember ever servicing her computer. I believe she has me confused with another provider.

Carroll responded to a call to service two computers whose performance had become very slow. He examined both computers and made changes in computer virus/ spyware protection programs, and advised upgrades in RAM hardware. He connected to a nifty on-line service which did an analysis of the systems' components and offered a selection of RAM hardware which would work properly with them. Carroll then helped me select and order the right hardware for my needs. Before he left both computers were behaving like new; and then he helped re-route our internet connection cables so that they are less underfoot. Carroll is a delightful person to work with:low-key, not trying to impress you with himself. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Evaluated performance problems with two home computers. Deleted programs judged to be causing problems, installed new programs. Evaluated and revised internet connection.

This is no Geek Squad. Carroll Morgan is the kind of person you would like to invite into your home or office, whether your computer needed repairing or not. We have been doing business with him for several years now and we have been extremely happy with his services.
Description of Work: We have had him change hard drives, add new graphics cards, network our computers, advise on what specs we needed for a new computer purchase and all other IT related tasks. The above total is for ongoing work over 3 years.
