Three girls came on time and went to work. Each worked steadily and got the job done well within the three hours I had requested. There was some discrepancy between the price I thought I was quoted and the price I was charged but I am sure that was due to a mis-communication. Just be sure to get this correct up front because they will not take your word for it. I have used this agency on several occasions and have always been pleased with the results but this last "team" was by far the best I have ever had. I hope I get them again!

I have used Busy Brooms for over five years and I have NEVER had a bad job. Their staff are very competent, punctual and very pleasant.

I never ended up using their services since they never returned my call. Left message Friday morning and still by Wed had not heard anything. Disappointed since they had good reviews.

They broke several of our things. The price was very high.

They charged about $100 a week. I would not recommend them. I just found the overall quality was inconsistent and less than an ideal experience. The quality was inconsistent and they had different people cleaning every week, which contributed to the inconsistencies. There was a lack of arrangement of workers and lack of follow though; like checking on their work and consistency. They were frustrating and it was a loss of money. They did an alright job, but it was frustrating. I will never use them in future.

Overall, the experience wasn't bad. I felt that they did a fairly thorough job. However, they moved many small things, and we'd be stuck looking for them for weeks. The items were often placed in places that didn't make much sense, not replaced where they had been before cleaning. On several occasions, small, inexpensive items were broken accidentally, but instead of apologizing and admitting the accident, it appeared as if the accident was "covered up". I had no problem that the items were accidentally broken, but rather that they were not forthcoming about it. After giving an initial estimate in August 2009, in August 2010 they decided that they needed to increase the amount of time spent cleaning. In December 2010, they then also went up on my hourly rate. These two changes meant that my bill increased by over 30% in only four months time, even when my house was arguably better kept by my family between cleanings. The service wasn't bad, but the price became prohibitive. I also felt that the owner should have checked in with me from time to time to get feedback on the service, but did not.

I called them for a move-out cleaning on a rented property. They arrived on time with a 3 person crew and got right to work, following my landlord's checklist to the letter. They also cleaned and dusted my furniture that I was taking with me. Excellent service which I will use again.

I hired this company to provide a spring cleaning in preparation for a funeral reception at my home. They were able to come on short notice (within 3 days), and were extremely pleasant, professional and thorough. Additionally, they are wonderful with pets. I have continued with them for regular cleaning, and am consistently pleased with their work.

My wife and I decided to try a cleaning service during her pregnancy and my back injury, so I looked on Angie's List to see some recommendations. I came across Busy Brooms, and gave them a call. A supervisor came out to the house to give an estimate, which ended up being $150 every two weeks for our house (4 bedroom, 2.5 bath). The price seemed a little high, but I thought I would give it a shot. Their first service is by the hour, $65/ hr, as they want to get the whole house cleaned the first time, and then maintain that cleanliness every two weeks. I set up my first cleaning, which was today. A team of three came out, two cleaners and a supervisor, who is the point of contact. They were punctual and easy to communicate with. They cleaned every room, every appliance, and every knick knack on display. They were here for a total of four hours today, and the house looks great. They say that they provide exceptional cleaning for exceptional houses, and I believe it. I will definitely have them come every two weeks to keep the house looking like this.
