Busy B Powerwash

Came on time. Cudos for that. We have a large house and the charge was $500. They (2 guys) were here for less than an hour and a half. In places you couldn’t tell they had done anything. We called them back to fix it. The OWNER began yelling in my face, sprayed me with water, and called me names. I asked them to leave. Paid them but would never have them work for me again.

Excellent house looks like new had had them 2 years ago and will hire again when needed

Our second time having Busy B do our house (& studio and wooden shed) and it went as well or better than last time, 3 years ago. Efficient and careful, and they use THEIR water. Everything sparkles! Rinsed nearby plantings when done washing house, avoided a nesting Momma bird on our porch, and didn't miss any spots.

Walt Leytham, the owner came to the house and gave me an estimate and set a date to have the work done. He answered all my questions and explained the difference between power washing and pressure washing. On the day of the job, Walt came to the house with his crew and closely supervised the work. The work was done efficiently and carefully. All of the mold and mildew on the deck and house has been eliminated and the house looks like new. Busy B did a terrific job and I highly recommend them.

I contacted the company via Angie's list & got a response within 24 hrs; After giving the size of my home over the phone I was able to get a price for just power washing the home or adding in mold coverage -I opted for the entire package- arrange a date at the time approx. two weeks from when I first spoke to them. Several days later I had a questioned re if I needed to be as the home when they perform services & contacted via Angie's list & was able to talk to Walt within a few days. They arrived earlier in the day than expected & called to tell me they were at the house & left me a message on my cell phone to call with any questions. I got home when they were approximately 1/2 done- they did a GREAT job; the house looks wonderful-Walt gave me some suggestions re the shutters which had weeped color onto the vinyl-Would have them come again

Terrific service. I called the telephone number for BusyB power washing and Judy promptly scheduled me for the following week. Walt and his team came and washed my house - I can't believe how good it looked after. It was dirty and dingy looking - not anymore!! No mess - no damage - did everything they promised... I have property in Charlottesville but live mostly in Texas - so Im always careful about who I hire as I cannot be there to supervise the job. The washing did an amazing job of brightening our vinyl siding and wood trim surfaces. He was very thorough and did a walk-around to be sure he didn't miss any areas. This was first time having a job like this done and I learned some things. Since some of these cleaning solution contain dilute bleaches to deal with mildew, be careful what you leave around. Our outdoor furniture on our screened porch received some splatter and later we discovered light spots on the cushions. Over the next few months they faded and are no longer noticeable, but it worried us at first. I can't recall if we were warned about this risk, but now you are. He didn't actually wash the porch but some came in though the screens when he did nearby areas. Some of the wood trim that had particularly heavy mildew got thoroughly cleaned, but after one year some mildew is reappearing, I guess because of the area of house they're located. I can't expect mildew preventative treatment to last forever,Rest of house still looks great and when the house needs another cleaning I will be calling Busy B back again. Cost of service listed is approximate. I can't remember exact price.

When I initially called, I let them know that my house is 2 stories plus. Our house has a daylight basement, so the back of the house is essentially 3 stories tall. I assumed they would be using ladders to reach up that high. They stood on the ground to power wash the entire house. There is no way the pressure is good enough to thoroughly clean surfaces from that far away. They did a decent job on the first story, but I can't recommend them if you have a house more than one story tall.

Busy B did a wonderful job. Be prepared to put everything back in it's place when they leave. I had some items that were extremely heavy, and had to have assistance putting them back. However, they will remove everything for cleaning.

After not hearing from two contractors, one of them, Busy B, I guess they must be too busy to return calls. In the end I purchased a power washer and will do the job myself.

Walt arrived right on time and had all the necessary equipment to get the job done. He walked around the house first with my husband to be sure he addressed all our questions. We were very pleased that he was able to add two services: he power washed the concrete and brick steps, and he also power washed the screens. He was very pleasant and worked efficiently. We are very pleased with the finished product!!

As I got the house ready for a very important visitor, I realized that the house needed to be washed. I only had a few days to get it done and they worked me in without complaint. I needed some advice about which type of wash to get, hot or cold. The cold is less expensive but the hot is supposed to last longer. I was a bit apprehensive asking for advice from the man who would benefit from the extra fee but he explained things very clearly and I was confident in choosing the hot option. The experience could not have been better. He came, washed, and left within a couple of hours. The house looked great. I will definitely call Busy B the next time I need the house washed.
