It went very well. He was able to get the door open with no problems.

The tech arrived on time and fixed replaced the door lock.

Issue resolved - bolts were partially blocked by object in safe.

Their website is misleading, it says 24/7 service but when I called, the answering service said no one was available.

The locksmith showed up the same day I requested service. It was about 1200 when I called for service and he arrived around 1400. Excellent customer service. He re-keyed five locks in about 30 minutes. I didn't have to pay right then either. I was given an estimate over the phone that was very reasonable and they are going to bill me. Further, you could tell the locks were working better after he completed his work, so he must have tuned and lubed them up too.

Brown's representative had all necessary tools in order to retrieve keys locked in vehicle. Brown's took credit card and did not charge an extra fee for using "plastic"! Prompt. It was worth the $ to be able to drive my car in 45 min. it took for Brown's to arrive and retrieve keys.

He worked diligently at it and was able to get it taken care of. I like them and would use them again.

Scheduling was easy and turns round time was just a few days. The gentleman that performed the work was professional and efficient. He was also a veteran of the armed forces and I appreciated that Brown's was putting his unique skill set to good use.

Person who came was professional and did a good job. Only downside - Brown's charges and quot;mileageand quot; fee for coming to your home.

I have used Browns Lock & Safe for years. Both at home and my place of business. They are always prompt and they get things fixed right the first time. They are very responsive. They seem to know what they are doing and their prices seem reasonable. I am very satisfied with them.

I called to have locks on our home re-keyed and they offered to come out the same day. I made an appointment for the next day, after work. The serviceperson was already there waiting when I arrived home from work and was very friendly, professional, and efficient in re-keying all three locks in my house and making a couple extra keys. The whole transaction took about 30 minutes, and I was very happy with the service. They did accept a credit card. I did not call around for a lot of quotes so I do not know how to compare the price to other locksmiths.
