 + 0 moreIt went perfectly. The owner, Michael Scambos, was easy to work with. He is professional , low keyed, and customer oriented. He arrived on Thursday to power wash the house and wash the outside of the windows. He also washed our screened in deck , cleaning the deck itself and the screens . He worked all day until 6 pm. He was incredibly neat and moved furniture and blinds with care. On Friday, he washed the window inside the house and finished about 1 pm. This is embarrassing to say but after he left my wife and I were kidding each other about how clean the windows were and how we were able "to see things outside" we did not know were there before.
Description of Work: We needed the outside of our house power washed and the windows washed inside and outside. We had the house power washed once but since we moved into the house permanently in 2010, we had never had the windows cleaned professionally . We tried to do the inside but not with great zeal or effort for that matter

 + -1 moreI hired Bluebird Cleaning because of the price quoted and because I thought the owner seemed trustworthy. I was told the price for the first cleaning would be $200 and each additional cleaning would be $100, provided I scheduled every six months. I kept up my end of the bargain but when I went to schedule the second cleaning, I was told the price would be $175! Classic bait-and-switch. Even though I had the quote in writing, he would not honor it. Very disappointed.
