Excellent! Bartlett gave us an estimate and stuck to it. They were able to schedule the work within two weeks and even arrived early on the scheduled day. They were very professional and the work was excellent as was the clean up of the debris. Most importantly, they were honest about a tree we were not sure about and did not recommend work that was unnecessary.

Great. The guys at Bartlett were punctual and did the work in the alotted time. A limb came loose after they left and I called and they hurried back to take care of it. If I hadn't moved from the area I would definitely use them again.

I hired them for the work as they were recommended to me. There was nothing damaged or out of place. They did everything that they said they were going to do. The job was very difficult and the huge tree was really close to the house. They were very professional and I highly recommend them to others.

The gentleman who comes on the property has been the same technician for over a year. He is very polite, personable, and knowledgeable, and is interested in teaching as much as he can about maintaining the health of the trees. Their price is not inexpensive, but they do good work and have a good reputation around here. They are very good at following through year to year. I don't personally know what month is best to have them come out, but they keep track and contact us when they are due for treatments. They have always been helpful. They have worked for us off and on for about three years. I wouldn't have anything negative to say about them.

We have used their services twice over a three year period. They are wonderful! I really appreciate the work they have done on the couple of different occasions they have come out. They give me a date a come out when they say they will be here. The guys who are doing the work are very professional when dealing with them. They clean up so well that you couldn’t even tell they were there. Their price is a bit higher than others, but they have more expertise and knowledge than other companies. They are a more professional company in general. I feel that with them, their people have more arborist knowledge and they are worth the additional cost. I am very pleased and they do a great job.

They seemed to do a very good job. The price seemed a little high, but it was worth the cost for the work that they did. They came and completed the work quickly, efficiently, and did what we asked them to do. They cleaned up well after the job was complete. Everything went great! We have already signed a contract to have additional work done in the Spring.

After using Bartlett for a number of years, and finding them very good, we were very disappointed to see them drop the ball on our project last year. Recently their estimator dropped by our house and I expressed our concerns. He indicated he was sorry for the lack of response .

This is the first season we've used them but so far it’s been very good. They are trained arborist people. When they come up, they can size up what’s going on. We've been very pleased so far with them. I would definitely recommend them. They are a little expensive but they know what they’re doing.

They do excellent work. They are real pro’s and they have agronomy graduates as their representative and they have a professional outfit. The price is not cheap, but it’s worth what I pay.

The owner, Bart, was very knowledgeable and the price was competitive. I was struck by his professionalism. The only issue was that because he has a lot of corporate/large accounts (and our service was rather small and he didn't have others in the area), he did not get back to us in a very timely fashion. I had to call to follow up several months later to get him to come out. However, once done, the service was high quality. The trees on my lot have what appears to have some root damage. He offered a treatment that might help, which we declined, but he did give us some tips on watering given the pitch of our yard and rain levels, which also might help. Overall, I was happy with the service

Great. They came out at the time they were asked to and and performed an assessment on the stability of a tree we were concerned about.

I felt like it was reasonably priced. Every person who came to work on my property was nice and respectful, and that’s what really matters to me the most. They did a good job, they did what they said they were going to do, and they cleaned up nicely.

I called for an appointment in March. The arborist came to the house to see what needed to be done and provide an estimate. They were busy because of a storm in the recent past. I was unable to get them scheduled until April 21st because of this. The crew arrived at the expected time, and brought the equipment they needed to bring down the two birches in pieces. This took most of the day. The next day the stump grinder was scheduled to come to complete the stump grinding. As the morning wore on and no one appeared, I called the office and was informed a belt on the grinder was broken and had to be replaced before it could be used, and she thought it might be ready the next day. It took 3 days to get the belt and install it into the grinder. This machine was used to grind up the stumps, but it was not the 6 inches into the ground as I had been told. It was only about 3 inches deep. The wood chips covered the area being ground up, so large surface root pieces at the trunk level were missed. The gentleman running the machine was in a hurry because they had back logged orders due to the down time. It took a lot of work on my part to remove root pieces to create the flower bed I envisioned. . The fruit trees were not trimmed the same day as the river birches were taken down. It took several days and 2 phone calls to get someone out to do this work. One worker was sent. He climbed the spindly tall trees and cut them back to a healthy level. Next spring, I can trim some of the longer branches. From the actual start of the work it took about 2 1/2 weeks for the work to be completed.

The company set an appointment with an Arborist that lived in my area. The young man called and asked if he could come earlier as he had an opening and was on his way home, which was near to us. He arrived and we showed him our flowering cherry tree which had a ball of sap oozing from the bottom and we thought it might be boars. He looked the tree over and said it was in stress but did not show signs of pests. He then proceeded to look at the other trees and shrubs on our property walking over the grounds with my husband. He was very polite and took an interest in the trees and gave advise. Afterwards he gave an estimate, not written, and then he left. I thought he would give an estimate on paper. The experience was pleasant and helpful. We have not decided to use this company as the fee for the work is expensive and I would like to get other estimates.
