I have known Mr. Riddle for many years and have used his company in the past. He is honest and extremely hard working as well as his support crew. His knowledge of trees is quite impressive and he listens well to our concerns. His communication and pricing is clear at the onset of a job.
We live in a wooded area and he has helped us maintain a safe environment near the house. He has helped us regarding safety and aesthetics of our property.
Mr. Riddle has been working on our property for several weeks , he is conscientous about leaving a clean work area and manages his work crew very well and regularly checks in with us.
Mr. Riddle has been extremely reliable and shows up when he says he will unlike many contractors I have used in the past.

They removed a very tall oak tree which had fallen on the screened-in porch on the end of the house. They were able to come very promptly, the same day that I called to ask for the estimate. Once I received the estimate price and had approval from my homeowner's insurance to do the work, Arbor Care Tree Service took care of my job that very same day. Since the tree remained stable, they cut up as much of the tree as they could reach while it was still on the house. They used a crane to lift the heaviest part of the tree that remained up and off of the house so that it would not do any further damage to the house as it was being removed. They put a large tarp that I purchased in place over the damaged area until it could be repaired. They hauled away all of the debris and the area was as clean as could be. They put some of the logs aside so that one of my neighbors could use them for heat. Arbor Care Tree Service worked carefully, safely, and were very courteous. I was very pleased with their work.
