 + -1 moreErik and his crew did a great job painting the interior of my house, and of drywall and ceiling repairs. He worked closely with the handyman making some other repairs to my house over a week-long project, and everything looks fantastic. He is reliable and responded quickly when I emailed him with a question a few days after the job was completed. I will absolutely hire Erik for any additional painting I need done in the future.
Description of Work: Painting of great room, kitchen, loft, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, including walls, ceilings, trim, and closets. Drywall repair.

Description of Work: Our Cumaru deck was in bad shape. Erik and his team listened to our concerns and came and hand sanded the Deck ,cleaned and applied 2coats of stain. I did not like the first color that they applied so they worked with me to ensure I got a color I liked. Very Professional and always on time!

 + -1 moreAlvarez painting really went out of their way to accommodate me and arrived the next day and were very professional, clean and did a great job. They made the difference in my project being done completely, timely and affordably (which was big consideration).

 + 3 moreSomehow we were fortunate enough to find Erik and his talented team. They complete every project perfectly and they offer spot-on advice. We felt so confident in their work that when our contractor incorrectly drywalled and spackled an apartment that we are building, we called Erik last minute to fix the poor job. What was a mess, now looks modern. Talented and professional painters. We are so lucky to have found them!!!

 + 0 moreThe painting was done well. He charged more for things once he came to the house. He charged more than his original estimate. He did not return a phone promptly and it took a matter of weeks and the problem didn't get resolved. This had to do with power washing and didn't get resolved.

Description of Work: I highly recommend Erik Alvarez! He and his team are kind, professional, hard working and honest. He keeps to his word, has great attention to detail and will only leave once everything is to his professional satisfaction. He painted our master bedroom and all the trim throughout our house + our stairwell. He came recommended by Benjamin Moore.
